1\\] An Interview with a Legend | Written by: British2004 ~ Interviewed by: FalseProphets
ColourTheory, formerly Donkeyo4, you all probably know him well! He’s the former leader of RAT that truly made a change and brought us to our current glory. As a big part of the Frostarian community, he is a role model to many. We all want to know what he thinks of our community and his opinion on the high command and more, don’t we? Well, your wonderings have now been answered, with an extremely honourable interview with ColourTheory himself.
The first question he was asked was “What are you thoughts on the current state of RAT?”, which of course is a wonder for all of us. He answered, “I think it’s in a very good place. I mean, it’s very organized, very well placed, and it’s exactly what I wanted to happen with it. It’s freaking awesome. If anyone says otherwise, than they can shut up.” Heh, well, thats true! RAT is pretty awesome, with a super cool community.
The second question I asked him was “If you had the opportunity, what would you do when you lead RAT to change how it is now, and why?” I’m sure most of us want to know the answer to that question, and that’s exactly what I asked. He replied, “I think it’s doing pretty great right now, it’s very impressive. I couldn’t see doing anything else.” Right now, nothing to change. Will that change later on though? Another wonder.
The third question I asked was “Do you feel as if the New Frostarian Union helped end the supposed corruption that was present in RAT during CJ’s era, and did you ever think CJ was capable of leading RAT to its notorious low point?” Cj10127, now Cjsaurusrex, was the Grand Admiral of RAT in 2013, and many people considered him to be a questionable leader. CT responded, “Yes, but he did not have an easy job, I have no negative feelings for him. I don’t blame him for it, as his job was difficult. The clan is much better off as it is, and I’m glad I didn’t stay around to lead later on.” That is correct, the responsibility of being Grand Admiral and leading RAT is a very big one, definitely not something someone can easily handle.
The fourth question I asked Colour was “What do you think RAT could do right now to help it improve for the future?” Improvement, something that RAT is always striving for! He answered, “Building onto what you have, and not sticking to what you have. The whole clan was based on the idea that one thing is never the same forever.” That’s a little history lesson on RAT right there for people who are new, the whole clan was based on the idea that one thing is never the same forever. Interesting, isn’t it?
The fifth question I asked him was “There have been complaints from a vocal minority recently that the increased sense of bureaucracy within the High Command isn't appropriate. Do you have any thoughts regarding RAT's governmental structure, or any comments?” By definition, a bureaucracy is an organization or group made of many different committees, departments, and divisions, administered and lead by many different people. CT’s opinion on this is, “Don't do it the way I did it, you're already on a good start. If you don't make things clear, people are going to break rules. I feel as though the FMC could be summarized. A brief reference would be nice to fall back on. When I led, things could be handled on a case by case basis. But now, that privilege is gone due to the clan being enormous. There may feel like there's no soul to bureaucracy, but there's reasoning behind it.” You always have to remember that when ColourTheory was the Grand Admiral, RAT was much smaller, meaning “things could be handled on a case by case basis.” Now though, that’s not so easy, is it? According to him, summarization and simplicity leads to less rule-breaking! That is something very important the High Command should consider thinking about.
The sixth question I asked was “What is your opinion on the way RAT has divided their work into committees and departments?” This is a very important one, as RAT is dependant on the work of all the committees and departments, all with their own unique role. He responded to this question with, “As long as everything is ran smoothly and correctly, it’s a very good idea. We tried to centralize work and it wasn’t very organized, and it’s very nice it’s organized now in the end, and was the goal I tried to achieve, and the goal you guys reached in the end.” We have achieved a goal that even he couldn’t achieve himself! Be proud of yourselves, Frostarians!
The seventh and unfortunately last question I asked ColourTheory was “In conclusion, is there something you would like to say to our current Frostarians?” Is there anything he wants to say to us? Yes, there is, and that is, “Respect my authority!” Heh! That’s true, respect his authority, as he is a very important person, with a very important role on the community. Without him, RAT might not be what it is today!
Now you know what ColourTheory, the former Grand Admiral of RAT, thinks about the current state of RAT, our committees and divisions, our High Command, and many more! Thank you so much from the Community Resources Committee to ColourTheory for letting us interview you! This was a very honourable and prestigious interview, and you should take your time to read it and learn a little more about Frostaria! Aeternam honorem ad Frostaria! -
2\\] The Community Affairs Purge | Written by: thebestatmath
Recently, there have been many changes in the Communications Core and the Community Resources Committee. These changes are sure to lead to a productive, fresh start. After the last edition of The Frostarian Times the Community Resources Committee’s Chief Editor, Editor Overseer and Proofreader Overseer have decided that things must change, or the problems will get worse. Every Marshal in the previous departmental era has retired, so new marshals will take their place. Hopefully, with new department members things will run more smoothly within the division/committee.
In the latest edition of the Frostarian Times, stories were being done late, and proofreaders were not doing their jobs. After the committee met they decided that editors that were not doing their work would be fired on a stricter basis. New editors would replace the old ones and would be tested to see if they are doing their work up to standards. The Communications Core does tolerate excused inactivity (if it is appropriate), but does not tolerate laziness. Some proofreaders did not proofread their stories, so Proofreader Overseer SeanyBiy had to pick up what others had failed to do. With new editors tasks will be done on time, with full effort. Everyone must do their share in the Frostarian Times; being an editor is a privilege and is to be taken seriously.
I interviewed Swordmaker, the Community Overseer, on what he hopes to achieve. I asked him “How do you expect the quality of the times to be with the recent changes?” He replied, “The Frostarian Times has always led the clan world in news-related topics. I do expect them to step up their game, however, there was no real pressing issue besides the error of responsiveness of some editors.” I also interviewed Nooksi28, the past Marshal of Internal Department Management and wrote to him, “ Do you hope for any more changes within the Core?” He answered, “Yes, there are so much more media outlets we could tap into, like YouTube for instance, by bringing back the streamers rank. I would have loved to see this through, but I painfully made the decision to quit ROBLOX for good and to retire my position in RAT. My replacement has some big shoes to fill and I will definitely check on the division's progress in the future.”
Along with new changes in the Communications Core, there also have been changes in the Community Resources Committee. Members that have not been doing their work have recently been removed, being replaced by more passionate and eager applicants. The Community Resources committee has recently adopted a point system, which allows committee members and overseers to see how much work members have been doing. This system also allows competition for members trying to gain the most points each week. The members with the most points each week will receive prestige, and points towards the monthly contest. The winner of the monthly contest gets recognition on Swordmaker’s office, as well as a verbal congratulation at the committee meeting that concludes each month. Also, the past community department members have retired, which provides new committee members with a chance to gain the rank of Marshal. With new Marshals, there are many Community Resources committee spots open. The Community Resources Committee is planning new events such as game/movie nights and another secret event (hint: spooky) that will improve the community.
As the Marshal of Internal Department Management, I had asked Nooksi28, “In your time as the Internal Department Management Marshal, how do you feel about the progression you have made in Communications Core and the Committee?” He said that this question had something to do with his retirement and said, “I was a vindicator when I joined both the Community Resources Committee and the Communications Core Division. This was about a few weeks after both the Frostarian Government and Communications Core were freshly created. Ever since I joined, I had a passion for the Communications Core and worked hard to organise and progress it into the future. This "outstanding work" (quoted Admiral Swordmaker) was noticed by the Community Overseer and I had the honor of being the first and -currently- the only member to be promoted up the Communications Core ranks, not just once, but on three separate occasions. Firstly as a Communications Core Operator (before Justicar), secondly as the the Head of Admissions for both the committee and division (becoming Justicar soon after) and thirdly as a community resources Marshal. As the community resources Internal Departmental Marshal, I was pretty much the head of the Communications Core Division, on behalf of Admiral Swordmaker. I only officially became a head Marshal, only after Admiral Swordmaker split the heavy Community Resources workload into three clearly labelled categories and took on a third Marshal. Before that, me and senior Marshal Obi (known by beIugamorphic, wipint, fazechowder02, shineup204, or whatever new name he changed to today) did this job together, but I was still unofficially the head Communications Core Marshal. The ironic thing is, I was never actually interested in becoming more than a Vindicator in RAT, due to my Australian timezone being 15 hours in front of RAT's main EST time. However, despite being burdened by a completely opposite timezone, I became one of the first Vindicators with 400 prestige (original 5) and was (at one point) the third highest on the prestige leaderboard (before auto-prestige was implemented and made prestige way too easy to get). I also was the first Australian to become Justicar and the only Australian to become a Marshal.”
Another question I had for Swordmaker while I was interviewing him was, “How do you plan to make the committee more effective?” He replied later saying, “The committee will become far more effective by having them work for their weekly points that are required each week. Every Sunday, each committee member is to have somewhere around seven points racked up in order to maintain their perfect record. Those points are determined by a weekly task list that's sent in by each individual.” I also had the chance to interview iSython, the newest Internal Departmental Manager. I asked him, “As the new Marshal of Internal Department Management, what do you plan to do with the functionality of the committee applications and the Communications Core?” He said that, “I haven’t got plans as of yet, but I'm just working my best right now to make sure everything that Nooksi28 left behind pushes forward and works.”
So in the past few weeks, the Community Resources Committee and the Communications Core have decided to make changes to increase activity. These changes will soon make the Frostarian Community more successful. Congratulations to SeanyBiy, FalseProphets and iSython for becoming the new Community Resources Marshals! We all hope them a successful run at their new position, and hope for the best!
If you would like to join the committee of Community Resources, apply to the Communications Core, read the past Frostarian Times or have any ideas, feedback or complaints then look no further!

3\\] September Speaker | Written by: Mydrek
Earlier this month, a new monthly Speaker of the Officers was chosen to take on the responsibilities of representing his/her fellow officers. Some of you might ask, “What are you talking about Mydrek, I’ve never heard anything about this system?!” Well, you’re not alone. I only discovered this system today! The Speaker of the Officers is a position granted to an individual that has earned the highest number of votes after nominations, requiring a percentage higher than fifty. During the process of nominations, members that have not broken their two weeks in as an officer are not allowed to nominate themselves, nor is the last Speaker of the Officers. Like all democratic elections, there are always two candidates that narrow down to the final vote. The entire officer core will have approximately 24 hours to vote for their top choice of nominees. After a day of voting, the candidates with the first and second highest votes will be the final two candidates for the Speaker of the Officers. The two final candidates will then fall into a mandatory writing of their plans they wish to accomplish during their term as Speaker.
A number of you are probably wondering, “What exactly does the Speaker of the Officers do?” The Speaker of the Officers works as the representative of his/her peers, bringing up any major concerns or votes to the High Command. Some of these topics may involve classified or sensitive cases, such as war or diplomacy, but it is the duty of the Speaker of the Officers to bring forth the concern of his/her fellow officers. The Speaker of the Officers works closely with the Chief Liaison Officer, and may not have any marshals under him/her.
FalseProphets and iSophiez, the final candidates for the election, came to a close and well fought campaign for the Speaker of the Officers (SO). Although I was not present during the election, I did manage to get ahold of FalseProphets and iSophiez to hear their side of the election, and also preview their speeches before display. iSophiez, the winner and current SOTO was kind enough to give me her speech and answer a few questions in her spare time. iSophiez wrote during her speech, “I’m so enthusiastic in aspiring to really develop that strong connection between the Officers and HICOM we all want and I’ve already been working on different aspects to create this solution. The reason I decided to become a candidate for the Speaker of the Officers is because it allows me to become more involved in this solution primarily. As the Liaison department was already my primary interest when I was a Justicar, this was because I’ve always been eager to create change and improvements frequently within the Officer Core.”
I was later able to get ahold of FalseProphet’s speech, which wasn’t as lengthy as iSophiez’s speech, but still had a good appeal. “My goal for being Speaker of the Officers is to form a strong and dependable bond with each and every one of my fellow Officers. I understand that being an Officer is not the easiest thing in the world, and that’s something I will never judge someone for, because I never came into the Officer Core ready. I want to not only be someone who can represent these amazing Frostarian Officers, but also be a friend to them. Never before have I ever tried to put someone down for making a mistake, especially one I have made, or would most likely make. Mistakes are what make us human, and everyone has a purpose in RAT. Whether that purpose is to write for the Times, serve warfare, be an excellent Royal Guard, be the judge of others during evaluations, or even try to be a friend to officers in Liaison, my goal is to help every Officer discover the place where they feel most welcomed and comfortable.”
Both of these finalists were an inspiration to me and hopefully a few other officers. I did not get the chance to interview this wonderful duo, but their work was enough to quench my thirst. iSophiez and FalseProphets are amazing individuals, each with their own charisma. iSophiez is an amazing woman, her voice just being the most cheerful thing in the world. FalseProphets, someone I have never even met until today, gives such humble and heartwarming approach with her words. With officers like these two, there’s no telling who will win the next election. As always, it’s a privilege to give you ladies and gentlemen a thorough update on what’s happening within Frostaria.

4//] What makes a RAT member tick? | Written by: ironman0870
The human brain contains around 20 billion - yes, billion - neurons, and at least twice that in neural connections - and for a good reason. This area of your body controls everything from digestion to fine motor control, but what's the big deal - right?
One of the amazing things about the brain is that it rewards you for everyday tasks that are helpful to it, in the form of endorphins, which are chemicals in the brain that, when released, cause you to feel happy. For example, if you run around your neighborhood a few times, or take out the trash. Although some of these tasks may not be directly helpful to the brain, their rewards remain and therefore, the brain can reward you for the most weird and wonderful things. One of these is completing a mission/task in virtual reality (in a video game). This includes very specific things, such as earning extra prestige in a training, or killing that one player who always seems to be able to annihilate you with the hardest-to-use weapon.
Also, the brain rewards you for completing larger and more significant tasks, such as getting into the Warfare Committee after waiting a few days after you've submitted your application, or being elected as Speaker of the Officers. These two examples offer much larger rewards than the previous two, as well as give you a temporary adrenaline rush (the feeling that you are "on top of the world"), if you are to ever achieve them (or any large or significant task for that matter).
In conclusion, you are rewarded daily for things such as (in this case, in RAT): earning prestige/extra prestige after a training or through general hard work, achieving well in trainings and generally being a valued member of the RAT community - of course, these are just to name a few. Never forget that, through hard work, you are rewarded accordingly, especially in a large group such as RAT, both consciously through physical rewards, such as ranks and prestige, and sub-consciously, through endorphins released into your brain. You never know, you could be on the verge of your next breakthrough right now...

5//] What do RAT members want as a new division? | Written by: tonygamezftw
The Roblox Assault Team has a multitude of divisions, such as Sparrow Corporation or the Flight Of Liberation. These are a very important function for RAT members. However, what if a new division was added within the panoply? Frostarians of The Roblox Assault Team were interviewed individually, allowing me with the privilege to speak with Fellow Frostarians, And even one HiCOM. I asked a couple Frostarians for their opinions on this concept, The questions I asked were quite similar to each others.
I initially Interviewed Marshal Isanious, Militarius of FoL. I questioned; “If you had to introduce a new division to RAT, what would it be?” He responded with “I don't really think that RAT needs more divisions, as the current ones are already very good, and with the reformation of HWS, we can expect a strong return from that, but if I absolutely had to think of a new division, I'd probably think of something related to the Military Police, something like that.” I then asked him “Would you change something of a current division?” He answered with “ If I had to change just one thing, it'd probably be regarding the Homeworld Security, I think that the Defensive Branch should either be led by the Fleet Commander or one of the Warfare Marshals, as I think that makes more sense.” I’d say that was an Interesting interview!
Next, I interviewed RAT former Vindicator and well known Frostarian, Realots. I asked him the same questions, “If you had to introduce a new division to RAT, What would it be?” and he replied with “I'm not really sure, pretty much every single division that you'd find in a regular war clan has already been implemented into RAT. If anything, I suggest there should be some sort of judiciary or essentially a 'Military Police' implemented. Currently, things to do with justice and the Judiciary committee is restricted to Justicars+, so I think it'd be a nice idea to give the LR’s some experience with justice, such as seeing how it works and what's right and what isn't. I think it'd also improve the general behaviour within RAT, if more things are being reported and dealt with. Next I asked him, “If you had to change something regarding divisions what would it be?” His answer was “If I could change something, it'd be opening new doors within Homeworld Security. There are already big reforms in place, but it'd be nicer if we had more medics defending Sierra, and the defensive branch and intelligence branch being used more effectively.”
Justicar FakeRaichu, an eminent and active member of RAT was the third member I interviewed. He had a shorter and simple response. I asked him, "What are your thoughts on RAT'S divisions? Would you introduce anything? and his feedback on this was “If I had a new division to introduce, It would be a division of the unsurpassed, Gun Fighters and sword fighters incorporated In short, Not like Swords in one Division, and guns in the other. Perhaps like immortals that way. he then stated; “Whatsoever, I do like the current divisions at the moment.” I visualize something suchlike being implemented soon. I think that the community is doing a Fantastic job on upholding these divisions.
I interviewed Vindicator rebornultra, SpC supervisor of Art, who gave a suggestion to my question of Do you have any ideas for frostarian divisions? He replied with "the Royal guards should have a Royal guard academy considering that many of the members who wanted to join lin RG were in a different time zones, and I cannot attend tryouts often as well." He also considered that RG should not have a certain maximum member limit.
Ultimately, I interviewed HiCOM, Chief Justice Moolego himself, replying to my question of “what do the HiCOM have in store for RAT divisions” with his own concerns. He replied “If anyone's had ideas for new divisions, they have not bought it toward the HiCOM. Upon the release of a new technological era there may POSSIBLY be some sort of division or re-purposing of Homeworld Security for that. Beyond that, I can't say much besides divisions are currently being observed to make sure they're adhering to their guidelines, are being run properly, and have a definite purpose. “HICOM currently do not have any undergoing votes for a new division.” but we had great, considerable thoughts from the Chief Justice.
The following were the five members I specifically interviewed. The questions were somewhat the same, But creative and aspiring ideas from all of them! I’m earnest to all their opinions. However, you might be wondering, what would I want to introduce as a new division? In my opinion, RAT should manifest a division that includes handpicking members who applied, and training them to be the very best, training them to use communication, and promote their skills in a division, bringing the member to a better progress. This is similar to a coaching group which eventually brings members to their best, and simply enhancing the community. What do you think should be disseminated as a new division to RAT?
I finally casted a supplementary poll for Frostarians, And inquired about IF they wanted a new division and what they wanted as a new division for RAT, Majority votes were yes, they wanted a new division, and many people voted for Frostarian veterans - Older members unite and Frostarian Elites - a group where extraordinary sword fighters and gun fighters are joined. Who knows? There is a possibility that a new division may be released in RAT
In conclusion, our divisions are still constantly growing, along with the Frostarian community. We still glimpse on to more information about new divisions and such! If you’d like to get more info regarding divisions, and are interested in joining one, Feel free to read this: https://twitter.com/FrostarianNews/status/599888616853090304 -
6//] BWE is Handed Down | Written by: British2004
Black Wolf Empire, BWE, has been handed down by the former Emperor, EmperorJD. This is sure to spark dispute and questions. The future of BWE is at stake, will it be lead by an amazing leader, or by a failure of a leader? We’ll find out soon, that’s for sure!
BWE is a glorious clan that has been lead by EmperorJD for, well...forever! They are “based” on wolves, they consider themselves a wolf pack, a family, protecting everyone inside of it. They have been in many wars, and have defeated many. They are also currently allied with HAU. With over 113802 members and counting, it is sure to be a tough responsibility for the new Emperor!
The main reason that JD is handing down his clan is due to real life. This is an issue that many great clan leaders face, and will always face. Of course, when it comes to real life and ROBLOX, just like many others, he will prioritize real life, and is quitting ROBLOX. He has given five options of people to hand it down to, being mainly HockeyChris11. The other four are DizzyIssy, TechnoUser, FinalDispute, and RugBurnz. EmperorJD has asked C&G and members of BWE to give feedback on which should it be handed down to. Very interestingly, most of the comments all wanted Falconfire345 to be the new Emperor, who wasn’t an option. He also stated on the thread that if he can’t hand it down to any of these people, “I will either just leave the group and an idiot claims it or give it to Dizzy since she lives close.” Having a random person claim it, can you imagine that! Let’s hope that’s not what it comes to.
In the end, Falconfire345 turned out to be the new Emperor of Black Wolf Empire! Being the former 2iC, he woke up to find himself as the new Emperor, because of all the support he got from BWE on the thread! He has been with BWE for a decently long time, and has earned his way up the ladder. EmperorJD will remain to hold the group, though. Good job, Falcon! Unfortunately EmperorJD denied an interview, so instead I interviewed Falconfire345, and I asked him three questions regarding this situation. The first question I asked him was “Do you believe that you will lead BWE to glory, and why?” and his reply was, “I do believe that I will lead BWE to glory. I have risen from a new recruit to 1iC in eight months of joining BWE. I have been trusted with many tasks and completed them to a very high standard. My experience, maturity and acceptance of the opinions of others will help BWE succeed, grow and eventually return to its days of glory.” He believes in himself to lead BWE correctly, and so do many others! The second question I asked was “What do you think the future of BWE will be?” and the new Emperor of BWE answered, “The future will be positive. Black Wolf Empire has been in a sine wave of negative to positive in the last several months. Although some decisions have been made that have had a negative effect on Black Wolf Empire, I intend to take the crop of the good and use it to improve the group. It will soon become a dominant group on ROBLOX.” They have faced a “sine wave of negative”, but with new leadership, they will surely improve! The third and last question I asked was “What is your opinion on EmperorJD handing it down?” and he responded to this question with, “I was initially weary of the hand down. If it was to go into the wrong hands then it would have a dire effect on the group's’ activity and greatness. It was an honorable thing for him to hand the group down due to his lack of interest and activity on ROBLOX. I hope that I can make him appreciative to my effort to help improve this group.” At first not so sure of this hand down and the bon voyage of EmperorJD, and he turned out to be the recipient of the hand down himself! I’m sure he didn’t expect this, but he will surely expect challenges throughout the life of this epic responsibility!
Well, this is sure to start up a new era and future for the Black Wolf Empire. How will they cope? How will this turn out to be? Well, Falcon, the new Emperor, will have to prove himself! Congratulations and good luck to Falconfire345, the new Emperor of Black Wolf Empire!

7//] Project SIGMA I Written by: British2004 Project SIGMA is a go, all hand on deck! Well, I bet you’re wondering, “What the heck are you talking about, British?” I’ll tell you, on August 24th, Secula announced the launching of Project SIGMA, an attempt to start up SIGMA, a fresh and developing group to the clan world.
Project SIGMA has already been attempted before, but has failed. This will be the last attempt, let’s hope it works! Many people have been hyped up for this, and are excited about it. With already a training base, fort, uniforms, TS3 server, and a guide, they are ready to go! This is sure to be a new era, and an amazing one that is.
Unfortunately, I didn’t interview Chairman Secula, but I got to interview Chief Director Malvus. I asked him three questions, and the first was, “What do you think the future of SIGMA will be?” and he answered, “The future of SIGMA as far as I can see is bright, we've gained a lot of members in the first few hours. We've got some hype behind us, ultimately hype is not our goal but it does help to launch the group successfully. We have a stronger administration compared to last time and we hope with all these things done correctly that we can progress and bring a new group to the clan scene.” The second question I asked him was “Why are you putting so much effort and dedication into Project SIGMA? It is just another group after all.” and he replied, “We're putting this amount of effort into SIGMA because of what it has meant to us in the past, I have had a lot of fun during previous eras of SIGMA where I've been both an LR and a HR. I've enjoyed the community and technology around the group and I hope to rebuild that and create something everyone can find fun.” Well, that’s right, SIGMA is sure to be a fun clan that many people will enjoy! The last question I asked Malvus was “What are your plans for SIGMA?” and he responded, “There is no specific laid out plan for SIGMA but we have these things in mind: - War, plenty of it. Groups thrive from war as long as they are enjoying it; we hope to produce that with each and everyone one of our wars. - Growth, we are not trying to be a powerclan or anything of the sort, we accept pretty much anyone. We are not worried about if SIGMAs overall skill goes down because if lots of random people joining as Project SENTINEL (our elite group) can make up for that with their ability. - Tech, we aim to produce some new tech soon. No promises yet but as the information for that is created we shall release it to the public.” So...a elite group, new tech, not a power-clan, and war, this is sure to be interesting!
Project SIGMA, the project to make SIGMA the best clan it can be. With amazing ideas and plans from its leaders, we can get an idea of what it will turn out to be. Excellent. Who knows? It may grow over the years to become the next RAT!

8//] The Grand Imperium’s Last Episode | Written by: PhiIIz
In the advent of “The Grand Imperium”, was the advent of a clan that would bring great prosperity to the clan world and a name that would become a pillar of common-knowledge to the community, engraved in history.
Starting off, The Grand Imperium (or TGI for short), was indeed the prospect of great fortune. It was created by CastellianOfArcadia who is now known as Brickkster. Launching off TGI, he “envisioned a clan of inclusive elites that employed a large sense of camaraderie.” As a Lt.Colonel in the empire of Vaktovia, Castellian left with friends who helped him build up his own empire. Not only did the group have much support from the Clans & Guilds forum section, but the ideals Castellian put in place, TGI would launch with not only a great start, but also an idealistic finish.
TGI became the model of what a clan should be. Becoming one of the best clans in its prime, TGI had all the fame and power it would need. However, in an interview with Castellian himself, he mentioned the most important factor in TGI not just for him, but for everyone as a whole were the members and the community. “Seeing that I made a difference on the members of TGI showed that the group mattered a lot. It showed robux, fame - none of that mattered. What made me happy was seeing others happy.” With such feelings, the question was raised to what would he do if it was revived. “If TGI was ever revived, I would give my all to my comrades. I regret leaving when I was needed most.” In Castellian’s eyes, he saw all members of The Grand Imperium as his models. “Seeing that the group meant so much for them, taught me money, fame - none of that mattered. I was already rich the moment my comrades were with me. My family made me feel soft.” ShatteredQuantum, the current Lord of TGI also shared similar views stating if TGI was ever revived, it would definitely be higher than other clans such as SF. “If TGI was revived, I’d be happy to plant back my roots.” Ever since he joined TGI to launch his clan career, Quantum has stated that he has never seen another clan like it and would love to see one that could compare to it past and present. Driving him was TGI’s community which was filled with fun and an organized, yet exquisite promotional system. As he ventured through TGI, the community had a large impact on him with people such as Tober, Dabubs, Rodger, and Yakduck.
However, with such feelings, why not revive it?
“I made many regrets and mistakes, but I learned from, became better, and moved on. I regret trusting the wrong people. I’m tired of seeing the group I made on my own be passed around ignoring the ideals I put in place.” He wanted leaders to not change the group their own ideals, but continue the respect ideals he put in place that were already accepted by the community.
Quantum, answering about the leaders as well, said, “I wish the previous leaders would’ve listened to the community.” After Castellian got the group back from Tober, Castellian passed it down to rodgerdoger who passed the group down to Tainted. When Tainted took the group, a rebellion named the “Arcadian Progression Pact” was formed to stop Tainted’s favoritism with the Lupercal Family. Shortly, it got the group back to Castellian. “I thank the APP for getting me my family back” stated Castellian.
“Favoritism ultimately brought Tainted’s downfall,” stated Quantum. Despite the fact that so much had happened, The Grand Imperium launched its next comeback with its next glory era with DystraTala and with Tainted gone, the group hit its last era with Castellian.
The question is why the shutdown? With The Grand Imperium being one of the most monumental clans in history, it could be simply stated that it was due to Castellian already reaching his goals and far exceeded them.
“I know I made a great group, with the help of great members, so what haters can say is irrelevant. They made as much of an impact on me than I did with them.
9//] Killer’s new Reign as UCR President | Written by: IsaWitch
Most of you probably know that Killer6199 gave the United Clan of ROBLOX to Rapster2 not too long ago. Killer was very enthusiastic about the future of UCR under Rapster’s command, but unfortunately, things didn’t go as planned. Killer saw that UCR was falling into inactivity, so he went to Rapster2 asking him to give him ownership of UCR. And, he did! I was able to interview both Rapster2 and Killer6199, but we’ll start off by looking at Killer’s interview.
I started off the interview with Killer by asking him, “What made you decide to ask Rapster to give you ownership of UCR?” He replied to this question saying, “When I left UCR and made the decision to give it to Rapster, it was made in haste. Rapster2 is managing 6 AP classes, swimming and golf, two jobs, and much of a social life. He does not have the proper schedule to lead UCR during the school year (especially his senior year) and I felt as if this was the right decision for UCR's future.”
I then asked him, “What convinced you to believe that Rapster would've been a great successor?” His response was, “Rapster is a humble, kind, just hard-working and dedicated man. If he had the time, he could have done wonders to UCR. He also, is a particularly ambitious and creative man who had many ideas for UCR. However, real life caught up to him before he could lead this clan.”
For the last question, I asked him “Do you have any plans for the future of UCR?” He replied with, “Always, as a leader you must think, what innovation can you implement to not just impact your clan, but the clan community. If you're interested in some of UCR's plans, I make weekly informational updates about what is going on in UCR. Here’s one of them: http://www.roblox.com/Forum/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=172285552” - I found that interview quite interesting! Best of luck to Killer on his second reign.
After interviewing Killer, I went to Rapster and asked him a few questions; The first one being, “What were your thoughts when Killer decided to give UCR to you out of the rest of the High Command?”, to which he replied with, “Well, it wasn’t a very difficult choice. Killer had told me a few weeks before that I was the next in line, and pretty much the entire High Command knew it as well. The main shock was the timing, since I was under the impression that I wouldn’t be receiving UCR until September.”
Secondly, I asked him “What did you think when Killer came to you asking for ownership of UCR?” He replied saying, “He had been dropping hints at wanting UCR back for about a week before I chose to give it to him again. School had started up again, I was overwhelmed, and I knew UCR was getting worse. Killer, to me, was the only option that could bring UCR out of the hole I had made.”
For the final question, I asked, “Do you think that you will be able to help Killer make UCR better as a member of the High Command in his newest era?” His response was, “I definitely consider myself to be a better High Rank than a leader at this current point in time. Perhaps in the future I might be able to effectively lead UCR, but right now I can do more as a High Rank. I can handle the every day, in-house activities that goes on in UCR, but taking on the extra foreign affairs challenges of being the leader was too much for me. To answer your question, I guess: Yes, I think I will be able to make UCR better in this era as a member of the High Command.”
So, with that being said, we can expect another great reign from Killer as his second time of being the President of UCR, best of luck to both him and Rapster2 on their future endeavours!

11\\] Frostarian Times Magazine Competition
The Frostarian Solstice Magazine Crew have finally finished planning and are ready to move on to the next stages. However, we can’t do all the top competitions for the magazine simply here, so expect our newest Marshal Campy to start them soon. However, that doesn’t mean we can’t do a smaller competition that has equal importance this week. One of the pages in the “52” page magazine is the Frostarian Recipes section. All you have to do is simply, think of a great Frostarian Recipe, Write the recipe up, method and take pictures. Sending more information like how long it takes to cook and how many it serves makes it all the great. Make sure to make it Frostarian Themed. Before you walk away, do understand that this will be considered lore. A cooking competition is very legit. Send your entries to Chief Editor British2004 or Overseer iSython.
Just because the planning team is full doesn’t mean we still don’t need people. If you’re interested in joining the Magazine Planning team to help out with final ideas, layouts and marketing be sure to contact Overseer iSython.

Swordmaker's Note: Hi readers! Thanks for being so patient with us the past few weeks. A lot of us have had the start of the school season, and it hasn't been easy. We're happy to give you this edition of The Frostarian Times! It was delayed for school priorities, and reforms that have gone through the Communications Core. However, I'm happy to start the process back up again for you all to enjoy.
Once again, thanks for your patience!
