Hello Special Forces.
I have been leading SF for about 2 weeks now and I wish to have a transparent leadership with the HICOM and lower ranks.
As such in creating this thread to do just that. Now, feedback is useless if you're not speaking your mind. If it's something rude or anything to get your point across, have at it! You will not be punished in any way for speaking your opinion on Special Forces. Your first amendment is free speech (just no swear words, 'cuz #inb4ban)
Question: If you were the Director of SF, what changes would you bring to this agency (and if SF is boring/repetitive, what would you do to change that)--and how would you change it. - also please give us ideas on what we should do differently in SF (could be almost anything)

I'd like to see more trainings being hosted
It's easier to prove activity there than seeing 1-2 other SF a day at LV / DC and they help new SF members get introduced to each other
Maybe only keep active HRs as HRs? |

This is does not pertain to anything I said before, also sorry about the counter-productive criticism.
I'd suggest an official criterion for interviews (aka interrogations). Such as, questions to ask, or regulations to state
as of right now our interviews seem to be choppy & lackluster
if you'd like I can send you a rough draft for this, and have you & other HICOM build upon that, if you approve. |

Make SF timezone friendly. Instead of having most people as EST, make some GMT so that the phew that are GMT can join in. You can do this by asking the people in try outs "Who's GMT" and focus on them.
Also it would be nice if we can raise the max cap so we can do more raids. We merely get 10-11 to raids and that's not enough to fill a server so I suggest getting in more SF.
Bring back Alpha rank and put SFSU members in it so it's easier to find who's in SFSU rather than going through every rank to contact them.
Would also like more operations if possible. |

| For a suggestion by me, I think we should do more trainings instead of like one every two days. |

| Ever since we started the RCL tournaments with other agencies (which was a good idea at the time), SF has visited the cities less and less. I think we should focus on what we really are (law enforcement), and have the tournament as a side activity. There also hasn't been a training in a long time. |

| If I was director of SF, I would add a working database for points, and a Holographic Training ground. |

| Split up the HRs so each has a different role. For example, let Lord keep running SFSU, but assign other HRs to train people in actual policing and managing policing at DC/LV. |

If I were to be SF Director, I would honestly make the agency more mature. If the agency were to be boring and repetitive I would hire more High ranks and see what they're more capable of doing to make the agency fun, but something that makes it fun is the strictness, and how professional we act. So honestly everyone needs to have it down by now when we're on duty, we need to be more "mature", and look more "Professional." To do that, we would need to have a mandatory meeting and sit down and act more mature, and let everyone know how much more serious it is. But something to really make the agency more fun would to have more events. Some more things we could do within SF are possible game nights, such as anarchy (Best game night place ever), Apoc. Rising, etc... That would be really fun on our free time, but still on-duty it would be cool if we all acted more strictly, and WAY more mature. I'll input some more suggestions later on, that is all I could really think off of the top of my head... But honestly if I were to be SF director I wouldn't want SF to look like a joke in public, but in private why not do some game nights? It would be really fun and especially since we're putting all of our tactics together to use them in other events... So honestly these are some real suggestions you could always think about with keeping the agency fun. But overall, we're all a family.
