I'm not lying either. and I'm not saying this is an ideal career either. Not one bit. I'm still in high-school, but I work during school-hours and do school at night.
It makes 10.25 an hour. My owner of franchise said if I wanted to pursue this career I can own a store in few years time the way I keep this up
I don't actually wish that. But I mean, the pay is good. The work is horrendously longer/harder than other jobs though.
You can't working this job 50/60 with all the heavy-lifting. You can be working in retail at 50/60 because you're a desk jockey. |

Anything over 6 digit base salary is considered good
till minimum wage rises and inflation hits
then it'll drive to probs 150k+

@Parac; It depends on the freakin place where you live you one-sided idiot.
Here in California, $10.25/hour is garbage because the price of everything here is so high
All my friends who have jobs get paid at least $12/hour if not more

"My owner of franchise said if I wanted to pursue this career I can own a store in few years time the way I keep this up"
For free? If so you would be really surprised at the kind of money you'd probably make.
"My brother earns 15 dollars an hour working in a music store that isn't even a manager"
If your brother lives in a big city and the OP doesn't, he makes more than your brother just because he has a lower cost of living. |

I work in Texas
10.25 $ with no state taxes is actually really good.
I'm making more than half of my friends who are working in college. |

minimum wage is way under 8 dollars in my state
i guess it comes down to perspective; e.g 10.25 in some places is laughable, but a godsend in others |

@para
You do realize if you make below 36 grand by nationwide standards you are technically below the poverty line.
