did jogging/running/walking for 1 hr 15 with a brazilian transfer student did presses (chest, inverted, overhead, something similar but with back, and stuff) for like 1 hr more then basketball (shooting around for like 15 minutes then a long long game of 21 and a long 5v5 (we lost qq, they had op defense)
k thats irrelevant but i have to wake up in 8 1/2 hours
why cant i sleep rip if i sleep too late it will be impossible for the alarm to wake me because i'll be in a deep sleep

Been there, best to work out in afternoon or earlier.
Body is pumped up; brain shooting chemicals to your muscles to heal them (b/c working out is basically tearing muscles and regrowing them larger)
What always works for me: advil (Ibuprofen); Makes u tired and helps u sleep.

| wait till you feel sleepy, sleep for like 4 hours, finish your school day, then go to sleep in the afternoon |
