Well, I'm pretty sure you either have to go to the roblox HQ or try to be offered an internship by making a popular game. It takes quite a bit to be recognized by roblox. Internships are usually something they offer you if you're a good game developer. Otherwise, you'd have to finish college and apply for an actual job there instead of being an intern (this is if you don't want to create a game). Sadly, I think these are the only ways of getting an internship.
