accounts don't get IP banned- the IP the account was created on is IP banned.
It's impossible to get IP banned by logging into a terminated account trust me, I would know.

which is exactly why I used stolen alts to do scamming instead of my IP getting banned, the person who created the account would get IP banned very simple :))

It is possible in fact-
Lets say the person who got originally IP banned on the acc tries to log into on a different laptop with a different IP for...stupid reasons, the log in access would think your that original owner of the acc and would IP ban that persons ip or laptop too

yeah i got tricked with that once but my router has the magic ability to change it's ip by simply getting unplugged |
