| It works for me. The only tests I've done with it are in local audio files though, but I'd assume that that doesn't really have much to do with it. I assume it works by loading the data into memory, and then getting the length from that data there. Maybe you just have to wait for it to load. |

| Are you sure that you actually load an audio file with a proper sound id? Try playing the Sound object and see if it does anything. If it's not that, then I'd assume it's something to do with FE and improper client/server communication. |

It's a proper soundId, the sound object plays, and the whole thing is done on a server script within serverscriptservice XD

It's logical to play the sound on the client, considering that the server doesn't have speakers.
This is why you can't access things like the Camera and Mouse from the server, cause that is just plain dumb |
