| What if Napoleon Bonaparte during the Napoleonic Wars, didn't betray his former ally of Spain? What if Napoleon never invaded Spain and thus Spain had remained France's loyal neighboring ally throughout the rest of the Napoleonic Wars? |

Well I do know if Peninsular War never occurred and if Spain wasn't betrayed by France. Then Spain would most likely invaded Portugal and led the Portuguese royal family to relocate in exile in Brazil.
Not to mention this would see a huge chance for British to aid the Portuguese in getting back their land from Spain. However Portuguese would most likely agree that together with the British, they will pretty much invade Spanish colonial South America.
And thus British will invade and annex the Spanish colony of Rio de la Plata (Present day Argentina and Chile) as a new British colony to the British Empire. |

That is like French and Indian War all over again and eventually whatever that British colony in South America becomes would most likely become "Canada of South America" since eventually it will have two official languages Spanish and English, it be diverse like Canada. And mixed in English and Spanish culture.
That be pretty interesting. |

| Portugal like Casper said, if Napoleon didn't betray Spain, the Spanish would then invade Portugal due to fact being allied to Britain in the war. This would most likely result in British-Portuguese invasion of Spanish colony of Rio de la Plata, with British navy and forces coming from Cape of Good Hope, St Helena and Falklands. And Portuguese would aid British by invading the cities of Montevideo from the Spanish. |

| Yes, however the Spanish colonies of Peru and all of Colombia and Venezuela would be untouched by Portuguese and British. Portuguese in colony of Brazil be unable to get through the Amazons. |

| Same would be said for British crossing the Andes. It be impossible unless the British are helped by local natives in Andes and also have British navy go through Cape of Horn and attack the city of Santiago. |
