Okay, so I have some ideas right now. Basically everything is either skyrocketing, or worth way too much, and ROBLOX isn't releasing anything good unless they want to make it like worth around 250,000 and 50 in stock to "help the economy".
Problem is everyone who gets it is already rich and will obviously try to sell it for more, and since it's such a rare good looking item, others will see it as reasonable. I have a few ideas.
Add a tax to buying. Most people who buy only look at price when impulse buying. Match the tax with the inflation. Make it say a 5% tax. 5,000 off of every 100,000 buy. Release more reasonable items that are good. No one wants an ugly hat with 10,000 in stock and costs 500 to buy.
Add a max sell limit. Steam market does this and it works wonders. It's a hige reason why Karambit Fade FN still sells for 400 and things get quicksold. Cap it somewhere around 100,000 robux so that the "higher-end" are traded or go down in price, while the decent items can still be sold to get more robux.
Remove the trade restrictions. Yes kids are dumb, yes they will lose things. Put extra warnings before selling that anyone could understand. It's a big part in why the economy is slow and bad when I can't trade an 80 robux item for a 120 robux item (might be wrong on the distance, but you get the idea).
To expand on that, I have an item I bought at RAP which was 79, but the next largest was 120-140. Perfect time to trade it away to make a profit. I got trade blocked due to the (often inaccurately low) RAP.
This have never been popular, but I've always been a big fan of the idea of when an user gets deleted, simply sell all their limited items at RAP x 5. Makes it so it's on the market for larger items, and not flooding the market.
Too many "rich" people get deleted, leaving the amount of the item very low and unobtainable in some cases.
Re-release limiteds periodically. Take the fashion designer or CSGO style route and make sure theres always a chance of getting it. Depending on the kind of item it is, and how rare it is, you can re-release as often or as little as you want, so long as you do so. It gets stupid when theres only 3 of an item in game and when theres literally 500+ it's still 300,000.
Now not all of these should or have to be implemented, but something have to be done when theres such low demand on newer items and items around 1,000-15,000, with the cost of everything just going up. |

Nah, but there shouldn't be a ton of stuff over 100,000 robux, especially considering ROBLOX conversion rates.
There definitely shouldn't be hats with less than 10 owners existing. |

| Nothing listed here could fix an economy as broken as this one. |

If you wanna fix up my ideas, go for it.
I feel like everyone ignores the economy too much. Esp Shed. Last time I brought this up he just insulted me by saying I didn't know enough and that the economy is fine.
When $100 gets you 30,000 by roblox rates, and thats worth a classic fedora, then it's bad. |

| I actually made a graph a few months ago showing the value of robux from 2008-2015 and my graphs estimated a robux to tix ratio of 1:3 in about two years (1 Robuck = 3 tickets). |

Didn't kill CSGO.
Dragon Lore still drops very rarely, doesn't shred economy.
Capped prices don't shred it.
They're dealing with bigger money than you guys are, and the economy is so much better. |

So basically you're saying make everything capped at 100k selling point? If so that's a horrible idea
Siggy? What is a siggy? |

Every economy that has nothing to make their currency worth anything (theirs NOTHING to give the currency an actual value). Will eventually collapse itself. Such as that of the United States, its currency is based on trust, it will eventually collapse.

MFW people don't read the entire thing.
Look at it this way, Steam caps prices at 400.
The highest cost item was M9 Bayonet Crimson Web ST FN at 25,000.
Trading exists, almost no one buys anymore as evident by the volume on limited items. |

| It is fine for the moment being, but later on down the road the way you are awarded with certain currencies will have to change, or another currency system will have to be introduced which would kind of try to support the remaining tidbits of the current currency system while it collapsed. But yeah something will have to be done because roblox couldn't survive if 1 robuck = 3 tickets which is projected in 2 years according to my graph. |

if stuff is more common, more of it is put into circ which puts more value into circ which furthermore ruins it
if lets say ostf = 170k with 100 stock was increased to 200 stock, it would still be above 130k most likely and that adds more value |

Okay for one, who is saying we're gonna add 100 stock.
Also when doubling the stock only knocks 30,000 off of 170,000 thats a problem. |

| AFAIK CF has a ton of owners that just don't sell. It's easily higher than 500 owners since IIRC it had 6,000 total buys before going limited. |
