Well yes.
It will feel sore and hurt, if this is one of the first times you went to one in a long time or have ever been to one. I remember I couldn't even walk normally after doing a full instanity+p90x workout, and that's because I never did one before. But after I did more of them ,it's not as bad. |

| Sore muscles are normal, they typically take a day to go away. |

| You might have pulled a muscle. Take a Tylenol or something, drink some water, and lay back and rest for a while. |

| If you mean during the same day? I would not, you do not want to over do yourself. But if you mean tomorrow, then yes. You should at least try and push yourself. |

Yes, unless it's unbearable, you should know when something is going too far
Is this one of the first times you have been to a gym in a long time?
Like I said, I've never worked out as much as I started doing PE class in highschool (and it seems babyish,) but we did a p90x+instanity workout quite a lot, and it did hurt. But as you do it more, it doesn't hurt. You get more flexible, your body gets used to it, and you don't feel as bad. |

Yes. Sore muscles are normal.
They just take two or three days to go away so the next time you go to the gym it will hurt less. When you get used to it,the sore feeling wont be there anymore! |

| Yes. That means the body is repairing your torn muscles and making them stronger. |
