It was a bill a few years ago that tried to censor the internet, websites, everything.
The Government could remove any website (block) that had illegal content on it such as music that wasn't listed.
A video on Youtube could be removed if there was a song playing in the background lightly and it wasn't mentioned.
People saw it as the government trying to take control and censor the internet.

| ya that was a couple years ago, google and a bunch of other websites went dark for a day to get support against it. |

| i mean it wouldn't of won considering it was going against several multi-million/billion dollar corporations that completely rely on the internet. |
