one thing i can't do without shaking uncontrollably and tapping my fingers and stuttering is speeches i feel like i'm facing the gates of hell going up front to perform a speech it's hard for me to make 10 minutes out of a subject without loads of "ums" and "ands" i just don't see how other people can do it

thats actually perfectly normal to and and um and aspergers shouldn't be THAT bad, yeesh.

it can be if mixed with other disorders for me it takes away the socialization aspect

I shake uncontrollably sometimes and can't hold still for more than five seconds The only time I don't do that is when I'm near my BF which is really nice... You should get yourself a buddy lol |

Also I was supposed to give a presentation for my history class and I broke down while talking and started gasping for air I don't know if that's a disorder or... |

I don't know but it's really bad... One time in the 6th grade which was like 2 years ago we had to give a speech on a book we read over our month vacation and literally only after about 20 seconds of presenting I broke down and I could barely breathe and I had to go home for that day |
