its easier to take an existing gun script then just edit it until its 100x better

rcl 2.3 is easy to play with
and all gun scripts that use raycasting are essentially all exactly the same
the only difference is the look sound and animations to the gun, and how you get from point a to b
at the core level all raycasting guns are exactly the same!
