| This allows us to experience our 'linear' existence but it also means all life will cease to exist because this tendency toward equilibrium will lead to the unavailability of a system's thermal energy for conversion into mechanical work. The insignificance of my life is humbling but depressing at the same time. |

| sadly it's probably 100% true. we're all going to die much earlier then the point when total equilibrium is reached, though. |

| How can the net amount of entropy of the universe be massively decreased? |

| 'Time' is a consequence of entropy. Time stops when the universe reaches thermal equilibrium because there is no more change to measure. |

In other news, I hear Fallout 4 is pretty cool
"You have failed this city!" |

Don't exercise. It speeds up the process of entropy.
Don't drive a car. The combustion of gas contributes to entropy!!
Don't do anything!!!
Just sit there!! |

| But it'd still contribute to entropy because you are using energy. |

But hey,
although the first two laws of the conservation of energy supports the theory,
it'll take a long time for thermal equilibrium to occur. |
