But idk if its safe to microwave it

Yes.
Don't put metal in the microwave, that is about the only thing you need to remember.

If it is thin plastic, it will start to melt eventually if you leave it in there for too long.

ABSOLUTELY NOT
putting plastic directly in the microwave is going to set your house on fire, try wrapping the bottle in some tin or aluminum foil to protect it first and put it in on high for about 10 seconds |

Eh it's probably not worth the risk to be honest. It could melt, as unlikely as it is, and if it does, it'll be unsafe to drink whatever is in it. If you want a safer method, try running it under warm water. |

put your microwave in the freezer if you dont trust these people
it helps cool ur gatorade bottle while you melt it |
