| yeah like i have it then go out on the treadmill non stop, take a 1hr jog, i try not to do weights as im a bit too young for it |

| As long as that's not actually 326,000 calories that should be ok. Even if it's 3,260 you might just want to drink half one day and put the rest in the fridge. |

thats what i do i take half of it in the morning and put in the fridge, i start at like at 5:30 and i come back by 6:30-7:00 then start again at 5:00
im still starting, but i dont think i should just get a gym membership just yet, i have one in my condo with like weights, treadmill, everything |
