that's not how muscles work my dude
but yeah, games are pretty bad/unnecessary part of life. I literally know a guy who when told "Don't you know that meme" asked he genuinely
responded "What's a meme", he's pretty hip |

You can see your ab in 3 days lmao..
Kid, I'm go to the once everyday for 2 hours and I still have time to play ROBLOX, I don't have to quit it.
Not to mention, even thought I have gym I also have football trainning every 2 days.
You don't need to leave ROBLOX in order to get fin lmao.
By the way, Abs are 80% made in the kitchen and 20 % made in the gym and if you want an explanation I will explain you.
Take care. |

Abs is more Genetics and Diet than Exercise
Genetics account for maybe 10% depending on your body.
Diet accounts for a huge part, maybe like 60%
Eat badly, you're never going to get abs
20-30% of getting abs are exercise.

Abs are 20 % in the gym, you work there to endure them, make them harder.
They won't show unless you have a belly fat convering them, and that's when the diet comes which is the others 80 % . |

| Also Muscles happen when part of your muscle cell is injured, and basically gets regrown through a process through Fibrosis Muscle Repair. Usually can take days or weeks before a significant has occurred, so saying you got Abs in 3 days is telling me you BS'ed Biology and somehow got abs faster than any human being just because you got up from your chair and walked on a treadmill at the gym. |

Since I'm in the gym and I'm actually focus in it, I don't need to quit ROBLOX.
Proteins are what will make your muscle grow and calories in take aswell. You also need to eat every 2 hourrs ( An apple or anything health) to keep your metabolism fast.
Don't eat anything right before going to bed, give it 2-3 hours otherwize, since you're sleeping the metabolism will slow down and the food you ate will turn into fat. |

| Did you not read the scientific explanation that not a significant change can be seen even after 3 days of continuous hard exercise? I had to work hard for 3-4 months in order to be my 6-pack from flab through Pre-Basketball conditioning, Interval Training, and Diet regulations. |

If you want abs, watch your diet and work on them but mainly worry about the diet.
That's all. |
