I'm going to study computer science
I don't care what it's like but I'd prefer that it's close to but not in a city, has a pretty (big?) campus, doesn't have insane requirements, and has good internet (having one of those colleges with the amazing gigabit internet would be sweeeeeet)
I don't want to go too specific though |

75% of the colleges are liberal university. Trust me I go to one. It's not fun when a professor hates you because of your political beliefs.

Dude, computer science is haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaard.
You might take the first few years of programming and think you got the hang of it. But if you actually want to pursue more than just a basic code monkey career and actually develop things new and innovative, you're going to need to know math like you've never seen it before.
I love computer science, so the challenges are fun to me.
But computer science is DEFINITELY not a subject to just "go with". If you want a degree in CS, make sure it's actually something you enjoy, or you'll be miserable.
I will say, though, once you get good at programming, it makes you feel like a god. |

I think I'll take computer science. I've taken intro in HS and I'm in AP now and I really like it. It doesn't bore me at all. It's interesting, man
I wouldn't mind just doing 'code monkey' simple things honestly. Innovating is hard :-((((((
If comp sci gets too be too much for me, I don't mind falling back on an IT job or something of the sort. My mom works at penn state, they pay 20k/y for my education so I'm lucky enough to not really have to care. |

I know someone who went to Boston University, and I've heard it was a great school. Especially in the sciences.
