Why doesn't my car work?

Chassis is anchored and the bottom of the chassis is not touching the baseplate.

Wheels.
i added 4 of them equally to the chassis sides i even added the motor surfaces. The motor surfaces are touching the chassis
wheels are unanchored

Vehicle seat: only 1 was added.
Max speed 25

1. Absolutely no parts must be anchored.
2. Every wheels must have a hinge surface, not a motor or stepping motor.
3. You need to ensure no parts are connected in any way to the wheels. Make all the surfaces but the hinged surfaces Unjoinable.
4. You need enough torque. Don't add turnspeed.
