You can't 'unlock workspace'.
The hell you mean?

You can do this though.
WS = game.Workspace:GetChildren()
for i = 1, #WS do
if WS[i].ClassName == "Part" then
WS[i].Unlocked = true
end
end

Script correction:

WS = game.Workspace:GetChildren()

for i = 1, #WS do
if WS[i]:IsA'Part' then
WS[i].Unlocked = true
end
end

Just use this, it locks everything.

WS = game.Workspace:GetChildren()
