I'm not not overweight (I'm actually pretty underweight), but I'm significantly out of shape, and I wanted to change that, so I ran a mile (.3 of it was up a super steep hill)
ANYWAY, when I got home, I choked on my tropical punch and when I coughed, it felt like my brain exploded bc it hurt so bad
and that's uber's story of the day, thank you for listening |

but if you are underweight and run long distances, you will lose muscle, not just fat
I suggest intense cardio/cardio along with a PROPER DIET, which i assume you lack, or you will NEVER GET IN SHAPE (by my standards) example: sprintint
