| no, you would need to fire to the server first and then call FireAllClients from the server script |

nvm, they don't replicate with FE true, even though the client can play and stop the sound.
Body part configurations effected from the Humanoid, maybe, but I don't know if that's any lighter on the network than a couple of RemoteEvents. |
