I enabled FE so this action only happens client side, however the script doesn't even get past the first line.
c = script.Parent.Parent.QuestAvailable print("c is established") i = 1 print("I = 1") while i == 1 do script.Parent.Script:Destroy() c.GQu.Transparency = 0 c.GQu2.Transparency = 0 c.YEx.Transparency = 1 c.YEx2.Transparency = 1 i = 2 end
It's such a simple script, I dont understand why it isn't working. |

| It's within Server Storage, but is cloned to Workspace once the player clicks on a GUI so that it only runs once that has occured. |

| By cloned to Workspace I mean cloned to a Descendant of Workspace. I also tried just keeping it in Workspace and seeing if anything happens at all, and no go. |

just a FYI, local scripts only run when a descendant of the player.. hence the part of the name, "local"
if a local script was in workspace for example, how would you know which client is running on..?
put it in the player's backpack |
