Hello everyone!
I would just like to make an announcement about a competition for RTS and, if they want, STS. I plan this to be a fun and interesting competition, along with a snazzy award!
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
For people who know me, either if it's by friends or just happen to run into me in a training or stuff along those lines, knows I love having fun. And that's what I want to help bring to dot, more enjoyment and things to do.
I thought little competitions, or games, would be a fun and creative way to keep things interesting and fun. The competitions can be made for all ranks for any reason, heck we can even get the director in if we wanted c;.
That being said, I already have a few competition ideas and prizes. I really think this would be a creative way to boost activity in DOT, along with the enjoyment.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
One of the biggest ideas that I have, that's not spoiling a competition idea, would be a " sponsor " team. These set of people, that I would pick, would help provided needed help, and encouragement, during these. They will be recognizable through shirts that will be made to be worn during competitions by the team ONLY. They would be ready to answer any questions you might have, or just be there for general support.
The main team will consist of about 3-4 people, unless we're doing a competition based off a rank group, I would then ask the head and deputy head to be apart of the team for that occasion.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
These can be hosted at random for anything. They can be based off the cities, tryouts, or even the wall. The competitions can be a fun way to enjoy dot, and maybe get to meet a few people while doing it. The opportunities that these competitions can go will keep interest in DOT and activity high.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
Yes I am aware I am a supervisor, which will make it incredibly hard to get these competitions done. And yes, I agree. I wont be easy. But I can make it happen, people who knows me knows I want the best for dot, and the best for people in it. This will be an amazing change for DOT, and a change for the better.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
Thank you for reading this little thing of mine! I mentioned this a few months ago but the idea never really took off, and when I was director I really should've done something like this. I've had the idea for such a long time now and it's time we put this idea into action! Feed back on the idea would be wonderful, I love hearing what you guys have to say! :)
Signed,
Jonny

@iiDel
Well it was my idea. I told him about it before and he just took the idea and claimed it as his own. I am really upset he did that, it's really annoying when people do it.
But no, it was my original idea that he just took and said before me, so he can get credit. Even admitted it to me.

Ahh okay!!!
I am going to be making a legit, and working, system for hosting STS tryouts. Along with a " handbook " on recommending people, I can't tell you how many times someone has been recommended because " they paid attention " and noting else.
Awesome they can pay attention, but how is that a good reasoning for a recommendation?
