@Kanta, yes, but I haven't created any interface for it yet. Also, it's not practical unless you take a screenshot of the minimap then edit it in a photo editor. It creates 1x1 pixels(size will be customizable when I add the interface), and generates it by scanning a predefined area.

Sadly it can't, it only renders cylinders created as a Union. Non-CSG cylinders are not supported.

It does support CSG Models. It doesn't support Spheres or Cylinders set under the Shape property of Parts.

How many rays did you cast to render this? And did you do it pixel by pixel with individual frame objects?

Rays were cast at 1 stud increments. The size of this map is 256x256, and each pixel is a frame. Like I said, I will be making the Plugin screenshot it and save it, then you'll have to edit it with your image editor of choice.
