As we all know, many agencies, or some at least hosts these very special events called operations. This thread is a reminder to everyone that has forgotten the policy for Intelligence Operations.
Intelligence Operations go so far as: -Gathering Intelligence Well basically anything that is on the lines of gathering intelligence.
All Intelligence Operations must be reported to the Director of National Intelligence, the Principal Deputy Director of National Intelligence, and the Deputy Director of National Intelligence.
If the operation has not been sent to one of the three mentioned above nor the Commander in Chief then the Office of the Director of National Intelligence has the free will to terminated that operation at anytime, regardless of how far the agency has gotten with the operation or how new it is.

Gathering operational intelligence operationally has never been so difficult in this intelligent age. If one could intelligently operate while operating intelligence then it's a different story.
