► [1] Introduction: Being a Snazz Nation High Rank is a privilege and an honor. You have been chosen specifically to help lead and develop this clan to it's fullest potential. Keep in mind that you are looked up to by everyone in Snazz Nation and that every one of your actions represents us as a whole.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
► [2] High Rank Standard: All HRs will be required to host a MINIMUM of two trainings and one event every week. HRs are also required to host 3 raids every month. DEFENSES DO NOT COUNT. Failure to complete this task will result in punishment and a possible demotion to the rank below.
If for some reason you can not complete your three events in one week, you are to message me AT THE BEGINNING of the week. You are not to complain if you are demoted for inactivity without notifying me.
I would prefer that you would have a co-host at the training, but it is not required.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
► [3] Reasons To Give Promotions:
For the most part, you will be looking for some of these traits (listed below) in a trainee to see if they are worthy of a promotion. These are just a few examples. This is not a complete list.
1. Activity in the group. Attend trainings, meetings, raids, etc.
2. Activity on the wall.
3. Use of good grammar.
4. Showing great leadership at bases, raids, etc.
5. Great skill in training, raid, etc.
6. Recruiting people!
7. Wearing uniform to all events.
8. No disciplinary issues.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
► [4] Trainings: This section explains the general rules of the high ranks, how you should act before, during, and after a training, and the standards of discipline in each training.
[General Rules of High Ranks.]
1.) Give each and every member your fullest respect.
2.) Do not demote without a good reason. Always inform me before demoting anyone so I can ensure it is a fair reason.
3.) Treat your soldiers fairly.
4.) Listen to all your soldiers.
5.) Do not be afraid to punish those disobeying or disturbing training.
6.) If an unknown account enters a training, you must ask them to either join Snazz Nation or leave. Do not let them stay otherwise. If they decide against joining, you must kick them. If they continue to re-enter the server, you may decide to either kick, crash, or ban them.
7.) Admin abusing is never acceptable and is punishable by demotion.
8.) If an exploiter enters a server, and you have identified that they are exploiting, ban them immediately. If you are not able to, evacuate the server immediately and PM all other HR's about the situation.
9.) Title your shouts with a heading and end them with a signature - [TRAIN], [RAID], [MSG], etc. They must be in this format (Bracket and capitalized).
10.) Have fun!
[TRAINING MEMBERS]
1.) Post a [TRAIN] shout on the Snazz Nation page
2.) Go to the SN Training center.
3.) Wait for SN members to arrive. As long as one person arrives, it can still count as an "official training."
4.) Proceed with selected training plan.
5.) End with promotions and then dismissal.
[AFTER TRAINING]
1.) Post a shout informing members that the training is over.
2.) Message me the results of the training. How many arrived, who was promoted, etc.
[TRAINING DISCIPLINE]
A problem that we have started to have is the lack of discipline in trainings and as a result, trainings can tend to get out of hand. These rules are here to help guide you in the case that your training is beginning to get out of hand. Punishments for smaller offenses (in this order): Warning, kick, ban, message to Emperor. After each punishment, if they re-enter the server, please explain to them what they have done to deserve this punishment.
1.) Do NOT be afraid to kick, crash or ban disobedient members.
2.) Having fun is good, but don't let it get out of hand.
3.) Excessive immaturity and disrespect, which includes flaming, will NOT be tolerated. 4.) Offer fun at the end of the training session if soldiers can keep their composure. Play games like Protect the President, Gladiator, etc. if members are good throughout the training. Raids are also good to host if training runs smoothly.

► [4] Shouting Shout tags categorize the shout and summarize what the shout is regarding. Shout tags must be used at all times. When there are 2 different categories, shout tags should be place at the front. HRs must have this format memorized exactly!
