Title: No one is above the law.
Description: This bill would allows law enforcement officers to arrest any corrupt/rogue government members and founders who have broke the law like no one business. The reason I am proposing this bill is because right now at this stage any and all law enforcement officer would be scared and not dare to take necessary action if an government member or founders broke a law which make them seems above the law encouraging them to carry on with their acts.
