| I haven't done any workouts all summer so I started off at 40 yesterday and moved onto 60 today. In a few weeks I'll probably be back in the 100-140 range and eventually maybe do 200 (that'll be by 3rd quarter, I am doing workouts for lacrosse and lacrosse does not begin until then). How much can you guys bench? |
