What ever you do with Skilled Force, please don't make become involved with guns. There's a real high chance it will fail an due to that aspect, you may not get many good gun-fighters or many to support you for tech. Coming from someone who spent time in SF, keeping it as a swords clan at least will be the best and I rather it not turn to a Veloxic Empire or Velocity Nation. It's due to sword clans being traded that their many great deeds have been forgotten and Skilled Force's is something that is key to the sword community.
You taking away its origin and culture ultimately is almost like a punch to the sword community and kind of an insult. SF was a great clan. And with all great clans, they have a time. In order to finish it well, I hope you at least could just shut it down or give it back to Yelm who I'd recommend the same to at this point.
You can ignore this message but do note, I truly hope you do not fail because if you do, you're playing a very risky gamble on yourself for your future in leading and the sword-fighting community.

if you're really going to change SF to a hybrid or gun clan, take things very slow, don't rush anything
if you rush stuff your members which are all die hard sword fighters won't like your changes at all
fireantfive tried to change nfc into a gun clan in a period of a few weeks max (i think) and lots of people didn't like it at all; but after lots of months and even after leadership changes, the odds between gun fighters and sword fighters are 50-50 in nfc now |

| Agreed. Take things cautiously and focus on a slow adjustment mixing both. |
