I am making this as I have a good plan for an update to Las Vegas that will call for safer streets, and more protection to American citizens in Las Vegas. I would like for there to be small tunnel-like structures that are pretty much replicas to DHS and US Customs/Border Patrol checkpoints to be put at each bank intersecting street, one on the highway, and one by a street near the airport. These checkpoints shall serve to stop vehicles passing by, and the cars must be checked to see if they are being driven by the owner, or a car thief. The checkpoints will also serve to check if US citizens are wanted on that server, if the vehicle is carrying an escaped inmate, or if the driver has any weapons. This is a MAYBE-but it could be where either all passengers and driver of the car must be searched, or just the driver being searched, or other custom rules (these are just to check if they have illegal weapons, illegal medicines, car bombs, or other various items.) Now to avoid cars just passing by the checkpoints, there could be a gate all through the tunnel/checkpoint that allows cars to pass or keeps cars from passing, and if the car is clear to go, the HLS agent can lift the gate. On the highway, there can also be a gate on the outside of the checkpoint, and on the desert sand to keep cars from getting away from the checkpoints. -HLS Special Agent ChristopherG159 |

| Owen, there ARE checkpoints irl. I have been through them, even if you are just traveling within USA. They are usually on the main highways. SirMark, these checkpoints will be HLS checkpoints and operated by HLS, but if they are not online, others, such as FPS, USMS, and even LVPD or MPD can operate them, but HLS operates them and is in charge. |

The thing is Chris, you're not legally forced to provide ID at one of these security checkpoints.
If cops stop us and ask to search us and check our cars etc (something that Americans have a right to refuse)
well, try saying no to an ignorant 11 year old who thinks that he has full power and can force you to let him search |

i still would have gotten in, i'm not losing 200 voters for sticking up for the americans who hardly have a say in government except for elections

don't bother bringing it up cause it's getting vetoed
we don't need unnecessary military checkpoints trying to get from point a to point b

| NO NO NO no offense but that is one of the worst ideas I have seen. What is no DHS is online? So nobody will be able to drive anywhere in LV at all cause all checkpoints are closed? Will it take 10 minutes to drive to the bank cause we have to stop at EVERY checkpoint. I do not like it. |

| No, it's one checkpoin PER STREET. You don't drive on each intersection at the bank. And while they are operated by HLS, they can be managed temporarily by other federal agents until HLS is there. If none online, just drive to it and jump over. |
