"Into the far north we will take you... as far as we can by the means of computer roleplaying"

The far north is a harsh place. The pine and spruce trees around you, one wrong move, one bad encounter, and your life is over. People are few and far between, villages are just clusters of one or more families trying to eke out a meager existence. Metal tools are rare, bought from foreign traders for the furs of our land, and coveted above all else. Having a collection of axes makes you a rich, rich man... and one others might want to murder for that wealth... will you survive?

Basing this roleplay off of the rather underground roguelike UnReal World RPG, this is a roleplay set in a low fantasy land inspired by the Finnish/Scandinavian iron age. This roleplay is fantasy with everything fun stripped away, with all thats left being the story of people trying to eke out a meager existence in the harsh northlands.

=Rules=
0. Admin word is law. This supersedes all other rules.
1. Be detailed. Describe the setting, self-roleplay if you're alone, explain your character's thoughts. One-liners such as "We go here" will NOT be tolerated.
2. Things that involve NPC's, both human and animal, will have my intervention in order to maintain some semblance of hardship and realism. Insta-success won't be tolerated.
3. Don't get banned from Roblox with your posts.
4. The North is a hard land and a harsh mistress. Death can come at any moment, accept it if its cold hands choose you. Just roll another character and jump back in, we ain't gonna kick you out for dying.

=Guidelines and Setting=
1. This is nearly pure low fantasy. All animals are the same as what you'd find in Iron Age Finland, and the only 'magic' there is are rituals to the Spirits of the Forest (Rituals accepted at Admin discretion.)
2. Food rots. Look into how to preserve it so you don't starve.
3. I'm really serious about #2. If you kill a stag or catch some fish, roast it and then expect it to stay good for four months, you're probably gonna starve to death.
4. Although yes, we are wanderers and hermits who will be specialized in a lot of things, being an expert at everything is annoying to everyone and could blend in to being a rules violation if overdone. Stick to what your tribe and character are good at.
5. If you don't know about something, ask.

==Cultures of the North==
The far north is inhabited by numerous different cultures. The Northern Tribes are hunter-gatherers, sticking to the traditional ways of life. They often live in large Kota tents made out of reindeer furs. They primarily hunt and gather for their livelihoods, farming being impractical considering the permafrost in their region.

The Eastern Tribes are simple farmers and hunters, their large families of up to 8-10 people living out of a small collection of cabins on their freeholds. They get their food from hunting and farming, often having decent sized fields surrounding their freeholds with a limited number of crops, all suited to their region.

Lastly the coastal regions on the sea are populated by the Coastal Tribes. They often live in small communities and fortified villages of 5-7 families, their villages boasting shops and the beginnings of a defined currency system in the Diirk. Their farming fields are vast, the fertile and warm coasts letting them grow every crop capable of taking root in the north.

Every culture-group gets three skills (Two survival, one combat) for you to put down for your skills
