Sometimes, when I click around the roblox page (or anywhere in the website) another tab appears saying "FREE ROBUX! HELLO ROBLOX USERS!" or "GIVING FREE SCANS TO OPTIMUM USERS!!!"
anyone else having this problem?
I have anti-virus software installed, (McAfee). |

I heard that there was a badge glitch as well. Someone may have rigged something along the way.
Luckily, I have not been h4x3d yet |

McAfee isn't that great. I had to use other stuffs to support it to clean my computer of the various evils that lurk deep within it, but eventually I just gave up with it.
You might want to do a malwarebytes scan; it got rid of the things my anti-virus couldn't find. |

i used to use norton but it worked horribly for me, im not just saying this for the sake of being argumentative, my computer got so buggy. switched to mcafee with my new computer and it's been totally fine.

| Just learn to ignore it. I've had dozens of viruses on my computer for ages and no antiviruses have done anything significantly helpful other than ask for money. |

lol, tim, your viruses must be really soft. most viruses are, by definition, self-replicating exe files so obviously they will just slow down your computer by taking up all the memory as well as wrecking everything. ive got those money viruses before but you cant simply ignore viruses that sometimes cause your entire pc to conk out

I had Norton at one point, and I thought it worked well. But it was only a month free trial, so, y'know, I didn't gave it long.
But yea, use Avast. My cousin introduced me to it back when my pc still worked, and that was what I used until the computer went to hell again. |

Ew, Avast. The only thing worse than Avast is McAfee.
Get Malwarebytes free version, have a scan schedule set up for Microsoft Security Esssentials, that's literally all you need in most cases. MSE kills the most basic stuff that you get EVERYWHERE, and provides real-time protection, while Malwarebytes kills most other stuff.
McAfee is really useless, as far as I can tell. Avast, AVG, and Norton just want my money and were constantly picking at me for it before I uninstalled them. And if I pick up a Trojan or Rootkit somewhere that Malwarebytes can't deal with, I get the trial version of HitmanPro, a thing made to specifically kill those Trojans and Rootkits. |
