Shouts Act
Preamble: Currently there's too much shout abuse and too many shouters.
Be it enacted by the House of Representatives and Senate, Section 1. This Act shall be referred to as the Shouts Act. Section 2. The National American Corporation (NAC) will not be able to shout advertisements on NUSA group. As such, the [NAC] and {NAC} shout tag is hereby to be made unofficial and to not be used. Section 3. No advertising for unofficial groups/places may be made on the shout. Section 4. If one shout is made, there will be a 30 minute period of uninterrupted shouting, unless it contains an advertisement for an unofficial group/place. If someone breaks that 30 minute period, they are to be in violation of this Act. Section 5. Any violators of the Shout Act are in subject of a criminal offense with a sentencing, if found guilty, of no more than 1 month. |

BoA is allowed to shout under this act as it's official.

Nay. Private businesses should be able to have a chance to advertise and get the word out. The shout shouldn't be limited to things pertaining to the government.
