it would be a brick that plays a video. Either a brick or it could be placed on by a decal. The only videos that would work are videos that are approved by Roblox (I'm talking about the videos that are on place pages-the ones you can buy for R$500)
This could cause computers to go slow but idk how it all works.

But having a video would be instant. I don't think many people would want to make 100+ decals for a seamless video thing.
