| I guess the easiest way would be to Parent the handle outside the tool into a model or something, then in x seconds put it back into a tool. |

Oh, well first you'd create a statement that allows the player whether or not to do something like, Level = Player.LevelValue.Value if Level ~= 4 then end
Then, you could try renaming "Handle" inside of the tool. That might give it the ability to not understand if it's a tool you're trying to equip because there's no handle to grab onto. You could also make it a hopperbin, until it's unlocked.
