That was GARBAGE, we lost to freaking San Jose!! ...San Jose!!!
Coming off of 4 straight wins and then losing to San Jose? I don't even know WHY WE SIGNED GERRARD because he was severely outclassed by every player on the Earthquakes.... That crap referee didn't help either
IM SO ABSOLUTELY MAD RIGHT NOW |

lol I beg to differ
Gerrard scored 1 goal in all competitions while he has been with Galaxy. Robbie Keane has had 8 goals in the last 8 appearances. Homegrown player like Gyasi Zardes are doing more than him!! |

Gerrard is in his mid 30s and is probably looking to relax and retire soon, he just came from the best league in the world, where he played for one of the best teams in the country, and he is still one of the best players on that team.
Keane scores for fun in the MLS, didn't see him do it anywhere else though. |

Robbie Keane is 35!! That's no excuse!
Gerrard should've stayed at Liverpool because obviously, he can't perform anywhere else. |

"Gerrard should've stayed at Liverpool because obviously, he can't perform anywhere else."
He's 34, of course he can't perform anymore. He'll probably retire after this season.
You didn't witness Gerrard when he was one of the best midfielders in the world. |

No because when he was "good". The top league on the planet was Serie A.
If I managed Galaxy I wouldn't went and tried to get a midfield player like blaise matuidi or illaramendi. |

"If I managed Galaxy I wouldn't went and tried to get a midfield player like blaise matuidi or illaramendi."
They play for two of best teams in the world, PSG and Real Madrid respectively, no way they would move to LA Galaxy, lmao.
"No because when he was "good". The top league on the planet was Serie A."
Serie A was one of the best, but it wasn't the best, English teams dominated Europe and many of the best players in the world played in the Premier League. Milan were the only real force for Serie A internationally at the time.
I also like how you put "good", in quotation marks. This is a goal Gerrard scored against my own team in the dying seconds of a major cup final:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IISJfDnOnJE
He was -definitely- good. |

wtf how is the mls a retirement league Because 3 players(Gerrard, Pirlo and Lampard) decided to make a move?
You are ignoring the players like Sebastian Ledget, Wright-Phillips and Clint Dempsey. |

Sebastian Lletget is a reject from my club's academy, lmao.
Dempsey was a -decent- player in his prime, now he's average, near the "washed up" mark.
"Bradley Wright-Philips" lmao. He couldn't even outshine his brother, who was regarded as a flop. |

Why would you link me to that trash. I don't think there is anyone who hasn't seen that but....
my point is I don't know what they saw in Steven Gerrard because he has been outclassed in every game he has played in thus far. So are players like Pirlo AND Lampard.
They succeeded in their last year in the premier league and serie a. And they can't perform here? So you're telling me European leagues are better? Lol at this point I am considering MLS as the most underrated league. |

Kei Kamara, Higuain and even Chris Wondolowski lol
We have quality in the mls |

The European Leagues are miles ahead, what the hell are you talking about?
If the MLS is so good, then why isn't it getting 5bn getting pumped into it?
I don't think you understand why they aren't performing in the MLS. Competing isn't even on their minds, lmao. They're there for a holiday or to live over in America for a couple of years in the sunshine before retiring. In the European Leagues, the standards are -way- higher.
Look up Altidore's goalscoring record for Sunderland, please, and look up his record in the MLS. It'll explain perfectly the difference in quality. |

So you're telling me European leagues are better? Yes. Portugal, Italy, England, Germany, Spain, Russia, France and Netherlands to name a few countries with leagues that are LEAGUES better than MLS.
South America- Costa Rica, Brazil, Argentina, Mexico (?), and many more also have leagues better than MLS.
In fact, you can take a look at Africa- Congo, Morocco, Egypt, Algeria, Soudan and Tunisia all have leagues better (skill-wise) than MLS.
MLS is trash kiddo. It's place where old players retire. Just like the Middle East (Qatar/UAE). |

LOL Jozy Altidore is just a player like Mario Balotelli who can only perform in their own country.
And AntiElectron, Portugal? Russia? Costa Rica? Brazil? Mexico?
There could be an argument with the other leagues but those leagues above are just absolute trash. |

The Russia, Portuguese and Brazilian leagues are all better than the MLS. In fact, many players in Brazil come to Europe and are mentored and developed into stars.
"LOL Jozy Altidore is just a player like Mario Balotelli who can only perform in their own country."
No, he's just terrible. Balotelli also performed in England for Man City, prior to his spells with AC Milan and his terrible spell with Liverpool. Balotelli has a goalscoring record, Altidore couldn't hit a barn door. |

Lmfao Porto, Sporting, and Benfica. As for Russia, CSKA Moscow can blindly beat all of MLS' teams. I'd say a few Algerian/Sudanese/Congolese teams can do the same at a lower degree (?).
You know NOTHING about football. gtfo.
