I just finished scripting this. Based on 'Cellular Automata Method'. Care to check it out/give me some feedback?

At most it would be 18001 Parts.

Each point is a brick, and it has to be at least 45% empty to generate. So 18000, plus the floor. Generally less than that though. Hence why my next step is to condense how many parts, minimizing that.
