There's already an ignore setting for other players, this is great... Most of the time.
I've been getting tons of group invite messages lately, but I want to keep my messages open to everyone because I want people to message me bugs about my games.
My Idea is that there should be a setting to IP Ignore people, or maybe just make regular ignoring against the IP. This would make it so that any of that persons's alts can't message you either.
This would be great for group leaders who will spam you with their alts to join their group.

| Good Idea, but exactly how are you gonna find out there IP or what if they keep making new ones? |

| Simpler way would to just have a setting to ignore the account but I like the concept. |

- privacy settings - what if there are siblings on the same network? - proxies - reset your router and you'll most likely get a new IP address

There are multiple ways to do it reset an IP address:
- Unplug your router or modem for about 30 seconds - Type "ipconfig /renew" into CMD - Use a VPN or proxy server
I don't know if it's possible on the current engine so I'm afraid to make a post but I want to suggest using MAC addresses. You can change them but it's not as simple or well-known. |
