| If you cancel the renewal then it will just keep the membership on that account for a month without automatically buying it again for another month. |

If its not a syntax error then I'm afraid that they don't have the obligation to refund you.

Thats what I meant.
Say you were to buy a game that doesn't work from a game store. You could return the game for a refund, or for a copy of the game that works. They are obligated to give you what you payed for. (That is if the store handles refunds)
Say then after you get the new, working game you realize that the game wasn't the game that you wanted. The store would not be under any obligation to accept the return, for they gave you what they promised they would give you.
