i was actually expecting you to post some troll bs but this is actually pretty much true.
problem is, too many clans only look short term instead of long term when recruiting. clans that are willing to accept newer recruits are often more successful long term than the ones who stick with the "ONLY THE BEST CAN JOIN" motto. |

| They're more successful long term because having an active, enjoyable community is what creates longevity. The current public has this misconception that clans are defined by their military performance, and since wars are limited by a player capacity, clan leaders focus themselves on the recruitment of few undedicated skilled players rather than the masses. |
