accurate
I also feel people don't realize that the media hypes everything that can make them money by 1000.
A strange game. The only winning move is not to play. |

| as a european i disagree with this because i think both america and west europe (especially sweden) are going downhill and becoming melting pots of cultures that dont intergrate and babysitting minorities instead of treating them like equals. for short: white guilt plagues north america and west and north europe. |

1. If you are a hetero white male in the US, you lose. 2. Minorities: "I want my equal rights, and my special privileges!"

| Why is it considered "progress" when it involves destroying nations, cultures, and widespread demographic decline? What's so evil about caring for your own people? Why are our youth being taught they should hate themselves for things they never had anything to do with? And why are told to carry the burdens of those who are perfectly capable of working on their own? Why is it when these God-forsaken people screw up they pin the blame on someone else? Why is it, no matter how "independent minded" these people claim to be they always need to take everyone else's hard work and use it as a crutch to accomplish the most basic things in life like buying their food? Why can't we pull the plug so they can wake up and realize how their idealistic fantasies stand up in the real world? Oh wait... realization of how much they screwed up in life "triggers" their ptsd and makes them huddle up and cry in a corner trying to not think about it. I remembered doing that myself when I agreed with them, when I use to believe perfection was possible. |

@darko
That's different. I'm fine with veterans and other people who really have PTSD. I was referring to people like the ones on Tumblr who fake it for attention and claim that everything triggers them.
There is a difference between people who really have PTSD and the attention-seekers. Attention-seekers constantly talk about their triggers and episodes, while people who really do have PTSD rarely, if ever, talk about it.

"too bad the unfortunate truth is that even if you disprove them, they will dismiss any logical point with appeal to emotion"
Oh no, they soak it in and they hate it. When you disprove their arguments emotions are the only things left they have to say. If you break their argument this will damage their reputation and there is nothing they love more than their little pet ego, the only way they could keep it better than others is to try to paint themselves as the morally superior side, hence their frequent insults and empty accusations.
It may not look like they're being convinced but them being triggered is really saying you just broke their world view with contradictions and now they are trying to keep grasp of what little unbroken knowledge they have left and use it as a weapon. For example, if you were arguing with someone about the pay gap, and you showed contradicting evidence their response would be calling you a miss soggy knees. Now in their mind, "Perhaps the pay gap might not be real, but this person could be doing it out of hatred towards others. So if I use this accusation, it will show bias in the person and help me regain moral ground and turn away the attention from the contradiction made." Don't try to focus on the insults though, they are red herrings that as shown above are designed to hide the mistakes made. If you were to respond to the insults, do the typical ad hominem routine by asking them how it is connected to the argument made. |

"no he didnt his argument is based on muh nationalism"
I'm not seeing you provide any argument to counter my points and by the way, adding "muh" in front of a term isn't going to make it less credible but rather, shows you're mocking it. Probably because you can't come up with a way to counter it so you're relying on insults to make moral high ground. |

"i cant really provide a counterargument considering your whole argument is based on emotions"
Yes you can, do I have to break it down showing examples you can use?
"Why is it considered "progress" when it involves destroying nations, cultures, and widespread demographic decline?"
This is an argument questioning the morality of this new movement suggesting it is not beneficial for mankind. You could've provided an answer that justifies it.
"What's so evil about caring for your own people?"
Many people in this movement will flip out if you show some slight bias towards your group. You could've provided an answer that explains why it is not beneficial.
"Why are our youth being taught they should hate themselves for things they never had anything to do with?"
Do two wrongs make a right? You could've justified it with an answer.
"And why are (they) told to carry the burdens of those who are perfectly capable of working on their own?"
Is this justifiable? Your answer could've said it.
"Why is it when these God-forsaken people screw up they pin the blame on someone else?"
You could have explained how these people were involved in their problems.
"Why is it, no matter how "independent minded" these people claim to be they always need to take everyone else's hard work and use it as a crutch to accomplish the most basic things in life like buying their food?"
This is questioning the stability of their ideology, you could've explained how it would work out.
"Why can't we pull the plug so they can wake up and realize how their idealistic fantasies stand up in the real world? Oh wait... realization of how much they screwed up in life "triggers" their ptsd and makes them huddle up and cry in a corner trying to not think about it. I remembered doing that myself when I agreed with them, when I use to believe perfection was possible."
The rest of this is personal reflection on my arguments. I believe you mistook this for an emotional argument when it really is an argument questioning the morality of these actions. They could've been answered but they weren't. What does "muh nationalism" have to do with any of this? |
