Not even super powers can save these films. It's Ray here bringing you another top ten list. Throw on your super-suit and let's get started!
#10-Jonah Hex: Starting off our list is what happens when superheroes meet the wild west on the big screen. Jonah Hex is about a former Confederate soldier who is killed by his general and brought back to life by Indians. Yet, the only way he can stay alive is if he visits his corpse every once in a while. Seems simple, right? He then befriends a winch played by Megan Fox. If that isn't a clue right there then you might not be smarter than a fifth grader. It turns out the Confederate general who tried to kill him is still alive and so the movie begins. This film was undoubtedly panned for its all-over-the-place plot and terrible acting. Especially on Megan Fox's part. That is why Jonah Hex is #10 on our long way to the top.
#9-Spider-Man 3: One of the most infamous falls from grace is Spider-Man 3. After the amazing performance that Spider-Man 2 was; Spider-Man 3 shows us how terrible it could've been. This film follows Spider-Man as he... does stuff. The film was critically panned due to the fact it had too many subplots, too many villains and too much focus on romance. All of this combined with the 'dance scene' made it a terrible misinterpretation of Spider-Man.
#8-Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (1990): Self-explanatory.
#7-Daredevil: Unlike it's Netflix counterpart, this film is completely disappointing in all aspects. The film follows bat-fleck as he builds up to his battle against Kingpin. The film was critically planned for being straight-up sloppy. It really makes you love the Netflix series even more.
#6-Spawn: This film probably sets the bar for how not to rewrite a comic book. This film stars Michael Jai White as he dons the mask of the Hell-Spawn on the big screen. Al Simmons is a soldier who is donned to blow up some crap in North Korea but ends up dying and going to Hell. He then accepts a deal with the devil in order to return to Earth and see his fiancee. Unfortunately, he finds out his fiancee married his best friend (ouch!) . Blah, blah, blah. A bunch of nonsense surpasses and finds out Spawn has to save his (former) family from being killed by a bunch of demons. All in all, the film was bad because he it had an outlandish plot (not even misinterpreted from the comics) and because it was weird. Just don't watch the movie, okay?
#5-X-Men Origins: Wolverine: Despite the fact Hugh Jackman is the best Wolverine, this film was just wrong. This film follows Wolverine's origin story, and him battling some dull villains. If Will.I.Am being a cast member isn't enough to scare off even the most emo fans, then nothing is. This film pretty much slaps everything good about Wolverine and turns it into a bland representation about how to avoid doing any work for a film. What really sucked was the fact out of every fight scene, it takes a bullet to make Wolverine forget everything. Seriously? A bullet? He gets slammed through buildings, punched by Blob, enters in every single major war yet one single bullet gives him amnesia? These guys are lazy! It's pretty obvious why this was critically panned.
#4-Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer: See what I did there? The Fantastic Four return in an equally as dumb sequel in which they fight against the most evil thing tht ever existed: a cloud. They must feel so bad-ass right now. Instead of a fictional deity who devours entire planets to feed his eternal hunger, they make a sparkly space cloud that only appears for five minutes. Sue Storm then develops some weird crush on Silver Surfer and ends up enlisting the Fantastic Four to do Silver Surfer's job. All in all, it was dumb. It was critically panned for the same reasons the first one was.
#3-Hulk (2003): Making #3 on this list is noneother than the big green meat-head himself: The Hulk. Hollywood has some weird agenda to make the jolly green giant look as dumb as possible on the big screen. This film stars Eric Bana (who was shunned after this movie) as The Hulk and follows his... hulk-ness. The weird part was the fact that Bruce fights his father to the death in the end. That's kinda awkward. Christmas dinner must be pretty interesting. Although the film was praised for it's writing, it was panned for it's terrible (and I mean terrible) CGI and special effects.
#2-The Green Lantern: Seriously... do I even have to write why this was bad?
(Dis)Honorable Mentions:
Elektra Catwoman The Spirit Superman III Superman IV Steel
#1-Ghost Rider: I've been waiting for this one. The amazing talents of Nicolas Cage brings to us the movie no one asked for: Ghost Rider. The film stars Johnny Blaze (a Johnny Cage rip-off) who rides his motorcycle straight to hell and comes back as Scorpion. Geez, they borrow a lot from Mortal Kombat. Johnny Blaze then becomes the devil's do-boy for a little bit and then gets pissed and decides to fight him in the end. In total, the movie was panned for being complete and utter crap. On the bright side; Donal Logue got to play Harvey Bullock.
Did I miss any? Pissed because I forgot Predator 2? Flame, my friends. Flame. |

| Not really. Spider-Man 3 was really crowded in terms of villains. Not to mention they focused on the wrong aspects in the film. Silver Surfer was wrong in every way possible. Galactus is a giant person who devours planets. He sends Surfer to find them. Even the LEGO game got that right. Plus the costumes in that movie were terrible. Just look at The Thing. Plus, Jessica Alba is not that good of an actor. |

| @Brobro Green Goblin, Sandman, Venom and Harry Obsourn. You have one minor villain (Sandman) and three that could be battled in separate movies. Also, how do you not agree with this list? These were all terrible. |

harry osbourn is the second green goblin lol... the first one was there just in flash backs
and the green goblin was good in the end, so there was really a total of two enemies. |

| When you create a story, you have these types of feuds: Man vs Environment, Man vs Man and Man vs Self. The reason why Green Goblin is an antagonist is because he antagonizes both Spider-Man and Harry Osbourn due to painful memories about the past. This is how Harry's decent into madness begins because of the constant taunting memories of his father. He feels an undying need to fulfil his father; despite the fact it goes against his moral judgement. He also feels resentful towards Spider-Man because of the fact he supported him prior to his father's death. This is what is used to create an imbalance in a mental state, in case you haven't noticed. That is why I count him as a fourth antagonist. |

| Also, that feud is counted as "Man vs Self" because the character is now deceased and exists primarily in the minds of the pro and antagonist. It forces them to question themselves and see whether or not they've made the right decision. It also shows you their moral state on the issue. Morals are very important in a story because it appeals to logos, pathos and ethos which is what they use to help you relate to a character. |

| You missed Batman and Robin... One of the worst movies ever made in every aspect imaginable. It's hilariously bad. It is the film that you'd put on the cover of a book called "Worst Superhero Films of All Time". |

I forgot to put that one on the list. Batman and Robin is on a different scale than this list. It was so beyond terrible that it makes Green Lantern look good.
As for Man of Steel; the film was bad simply because of the director. He made the movie similar to that of Transformers and kept focusing on the alien aspect of Superman. A lot of people disliked the 'priest scene' which I don't know why. It was meant to emphasize he has a conscience, but not a lot of people can take that away from it. Another main issue was that the film was a walking advertisement for most of the sponsors. Hopefully, Batman vs Superman will be better. |
