depth when having conversations, and at least actually having some decent variation of conversations it's pretty rare to see that, and it's quite a shame actually |

people basically move on to other threads and topics a bit too easily, without having them discussed for long enough that doesn't exactly make things enjoyable imo |

Well, it's hard to have a good discussion/conversation without trolls or being called a troll. It's hard to distinguish good stuff with el troll xxdxdxd sometimes as well.....

| The only threads that carry on for a long time are ones that contain an argument. |

myrco not necessarily, i can see bs when i see bs lol and a prime example to my post, you'll most likely not reply to this, and if you do, i'll take it as because i called you out for not doing it
that's what i meant by moving on too quickly people voice their opinons, disagree or agree, disagree to agree, agree to disagree and leave they rarely hang on the topic for a decent amount of time, for it to be discussed through, where both parties enjoy it |

Yeah we can, but others don't and then still they can ruin threads. +1 for this though and +1 for not misspelling my name.

"Yeah we can, but others don't and then still they can ruin threads." it's not that difficult to ignore them, biting fishermens baits makes everything worse, even when you call them out for baiting. just creates more controversy anyhow, you won't +1 me for long, lol i'm gonna return to my usual habits anytime soon |

It's just the nature of a forum, though. Once people say what they want to say, they move on to other threads and maybe check back every once in awhile to read new posts.
If you want to have a conversation with someone who made an interesting post, though, maybe it would be best to send him or her a private message. |

mousekin actually, forums exist in many different varieties and atmospheres i've been on many forums, where people can have conversations and debate about certain topics for long amounts of times, they even bump them the next day to continue. ^i wouldn't want it that extreme, however at least hanging onto topics for a while would be pleasant |

"So what then if I may ask?" well, i'm pretty much one of the people who ruins conversations, as you mentioned in your first reply eh, just a heads up.
but if you want my honest opinion, i genuinely don't care about peoples opinions on me, including yours, whether they be negative or positive. no offense they're strangers, name- and faceless individuals who will go out of their way to belittle you, regardless of what you're doing. they aren't relevant, they aren't of any significance to me, if any of them died, my life wouldn't even change by 0.00001% why should i care whether they wanna +1 my posts or not, my reputation or even spare them a single thought |

@maggy
They're here for nearly the same reasons, it's just those reasons are inherently flawed.

"Well aren't you being a bit of a hypocrite with this thread then? :P" oh, but of course but it doesn't stop me from seeing what could make this place a lot better just because you're destroying something, it doesn't mean you can not see the potential |

True. The potential is there. But this is not seeing the potential, this is your wish you're sharing. You would like to have said thing(s) happen ("I wish ot had"), but then don't contribute to achieving so. So why would you share your wish in this case?
