UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF LABOR ACT
Team Access Act

Section I – Preamble [The job of the Department of Labor]
Many of you probably haven't noticed this but, Department of Labor and Department of Education are the only two Cabinet departments without a team. Department of Education has no need for a team but Department of Labor definitely does. This department is a federal executive department responsible for the employment of Federal Workers. We are to monitor the agents and employees of groups, to make sure they're not corrupt, abusive, or rogue. They also make sure no directors are giving away free biased ranks, known as bribery.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
Section II – [Why they need a team to execute their job]
Department of Labor is tasked with overseeing many agencies in the United States. Unfortunately we have 60 members and currently United States has 202 Federal workers, and about 43 Directors and Deputies. Right now our inspectors are to inspect agencies and department and see their daily activities in local cities, but what if they are not on duty? Then we need at least a staff member to be on this team to watch over agencies and other departments in their activities. Whether the agency, department, or any other official business group is plotting treason and to go rogue; this department needs to be on top of it and needs to deal with this issue. If they had a team they could have tools to help agencies and departments achieve this task, bringing criminals into justice.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
Section III – [What tools do they need to deal with rouge agents?]
Department of Labor will first need transportation to get to places around D.C. and Las Vegas quickly to reach anyone who is found corrupt, abusive, or rouge. In D.C. we should have a Police Car, an Undercover Sedan, and a police bike. In Las Vegas, we should have a suitable car.
The Department of Labor will also need weaponry to fight against criminal and agents that are found corrupt, abusive, and rouge. In Las Vegas, we should get Taser, an Info Tool, M16, M4A1, M9, Door, arrest tool, and lastly a Door Opener for us to reach into them if they decide to hide inside some building. In Washington D.C, we should receive, an x26 (Taser), Bulldog, Glock17, HK416SD, tackle, arrest tool.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
Section IV – [Conclusion]
Department of Labor needs a team to complete their job more efficiently, and to bring Department of Labor with activity. They will need certain tools that were stated in the previous paragraph. If any of our employers are found abusive and corrupt, they will be blacklisted from our department; but nothing will stop Department of Labor from doing their work. They will be able to do their job better and overall keeping American citizens and federal workers safe one step at a time.

I'd support it. Not as a bias choice, but since we all know that IAB hasn't been doing much, or at least hasn't been announcing it, plus since the citizens need jobs, agencies need members, and we help those two combine as our job, it would be nice to see that we can monitor it and work with the data in game.

| Arrest tools can be optional, but I think it would be better to have one in order to reach our anyone who is found corrupt, abusive, or rouge. ~ Secretary of Labor |

So you're basically making DoL another LEA?
Yeah, I don't think so. That's what cops are for. |

| I'm fine with a team at LV for DoL, however any arrest tools given will be a automatic change of mind. DoL doesn't need the ability to arrest. |

Omar734, this isn't some fantasy group, it's a actually department that exists in real life. The Department of Labor of the United States of America is the federal executive department which is responsible for the employment of federal workers. We are to monitor the agents and employees of groups, to make sure they're not corrupt, abusive, or rogue. They also make sure no directors are giving away free biased ranks, known as bribery. We are like a watchdog to agencies and official businesses. |

| kalob109, as I said, arrest tools can be optional. It's probably the best for us to not have it since there are so many people in the Department. |

You do understand that dealing with abusive agents & corruption are the responsibilities of the Internal Affairs Bureau, correct? Your department is intended to ensure that worker's rights are upheld, not to combat rogue agents.
Honestly, it wouldn't matter to me if the Department of Labor received a team, but the following adjustments would need to be made:
a. The tools would need to be reduced. The Labor Department does not need automatic weapons to ensure worker's rights are upheld. b. The secretary would need to recognize the true purpose of the department.

Look, I probably know more about this department than you. You should know that DoL employees have no jurisdiction to stop crimes and no arresting powers.
Dealing with rogues? Don't the cops do that already? |

KOT it was our job until this department became inactive when starboy came to office, they created IAB for a purpose because we weren't active enough to continue in our progress.
In carrying out this mission, the Department administers a variety of Federal labor laws including those that guarantee workers’ rights to safe and healthful working conditions; freedom from employment discrimination; unemployment insurance; and other income support.
So I believe we need weapons to guarantee workers' right for them to have safe and healthful working conditions.
Omar734, if you know more about this department than me, then you should've been in my position. When did I say "We can stop crimes and have arresting powers"? I only want this department to SUPPORT all federal agents that are in needs. |

| When I meant by "So I believe we need weapons to guarantee workers' right for them to have safe and healthful working conditions"We want to defend agents that are innocent and has been faultily convicted. Even if it means, to help fight against corruptions, abuses, or rogue agents. |
