NHL has conducted a severe policy. On a new pledge we call. Never Say That. Never say that is a policy that requires players, coaches, owners. To never say any word that can be considered bullying. Bullying isn't just punching kid etc. Bullying is when you say something mean to put your self up to that kid or behind the kids back. If I catch you or any of my staff members catch you [with proof] I will have zero tolerance to that. The default suspension will be 10 games minimum suspension based on what was said.
Some of common things to never say -Making fun of what gender they like -Making fun of there race -Making fun of how they act. [Example: Callying someone au$tisic] -Anything said or done to harm someone
Please,
I'm telling you this now. You may look at this and think its a joke. But take pledge never say that. They may actually have the thing you said to make fun of. You don't know whats going on in there life. So please, bullying is never acceptable and if you know anyone bullying in NHL or even outside of it please PM me or contact a staff member. Cyberbullying is same as Bullying. And if you know someone who is bullying. Just because it is not you, and you don't report it. You are just as guilty as they are by being there accomplice. |
