1. Is there a way to delete created place?
2. Is it possible to update place? I know it's possible to save it, but what if I'll update template place, does it change 'copied' place too?

| I want to use those places like private servers, if I'll update template place, I need to apply same changes to created places. |

If you update the template place? What's the template place?? By copied place do you mean a different game place? If so, no.

CreatePlaceAsync(name, templatePlaceId, description)
this is a function to create a new place, name and description are string values. templatePlaceId is Id of the 'original' place.
Basically it copies 'templatePlace' and creates a new one in "Created Places" Roblox game section.

I am asking if I'll update template place, can I apply updates to copied place? or is it possible to re-copy it? |

Ugh, I hate how you can't set whether the CreatePlaceAsync places are copylocked (for the owner of the place, not the game universe) or not.
More on topic, you can't delete assets on ROBLOX afaik, only remove them from your inventory in specific instances. In this case, I'm rather sure you can't do either.
You should be able to save the created place using DataModel (game)'s :SavePlaceAsync, but I'm not entirely sure. |
