I never had a locker in middle school highschool or elementary school wtf ?
I had to carry all my stuff in my suitcase bag. |

my former middle school tried to push the use of lockers by taking away our backpacks
we then all responded by using gym bags (which were basically just smaller backpacks) to carry our stuff
then they banned those too
so i went out and bought a binder to carry my papers in and just started carrying all of my books and stuff
AND they started giving sixth graders study hall like wtf they don't need it
my locker was in a very inconvenient place so i could never get there unless i was going to be late to a class |

the only time I had used my locker was to 'store' my 8 pack of coca cola during the age of bartering within school grounds.

middle school administrators would have taken that 8pack during "locker checks" (which was a thing once a month) and probably had a party with it in the teacher's lounge.
this is where i live. |

my district tried that @d
the laptops either came back damaged or didn't come back at all
to be fair though they were crappy little hp laptops
but now the district is investing in chromebooks so there might be hope for us all yet |
