| Why do war groups train their members? There skill isn't improving, and training in a video game for more, different video games? The way war groups should promo and junk is by going to a popular game their group revolves around, for example SF groups(Sword fighting) should go to Sword Fights on Heights,or fencing. Whilst gun fighting groups go to say CoR or some where else,do it in an arena. not in some edgy building. |

because its a group event
it allows the group to 'bond' together with its members before going into a raid and knowing its capabilities
trainings are easygoing, and a safe environment that people can use admin in |

"There skill isn't improving"
You mean "their" and yes it is. The more they practice the better they get. Point of training them is to help them practice correctly and consistently. It also gives them something to do which increases overall group activity. |

| It's like going against bots then playing online for the first time, you are familiar with the enemy, but you are introduced to something you never learned before. Thus both teams must rely on their natural skill and instincts to pull out of it alive. |

| There's a reason all the top league players play almost non stop for years. It's to keep getting better, that's how they get that good. |

Well you see..
A long time ago people had the crazy idea that telling/showing people how to - fight - raid - defend - act in x scenario - teamwork - communication - how2fun
Then years passed...and people kinda..forgot! The idea of training became the idea of "Ok cadets go kill eachother for 30 min and at the end I will :ff random for a promotion!".
Although SOME clans still teach things. Very few though
* Some clans don't really need alot of training, i.e ones full of 16-17 y/o's. Just basic teamwork and maybe how2defend** |
