How do I make a "force chat." Meaning, I use the default Roblox chat box to create server messages.
For example, if a play leaves, it says "A player left!" in the chatbox. Any help?
Is there any way I can do this without making a custom chat gui? |

This isn't possible. You have to make your own custom chat.

| I guess I can just use the Roblox's Chat script, and make it my own. |

| @Long Most of it is junk that you can just delete. Also, I just like to stick with the original, it looks nice. xD |

| You shouldn't have to change much, IMO it's easier to use an edited version of the corescript than create an entire chat system from the ground up. |

I made my own.
Well, 50% of it is sourced from a free model, I understand how it works, and if I wrote it myself it would be the same anyway.
Basically do what I did, but if you're good enough to do it without the assistance of a free model then do.
I only did it because I'm not the best at scripting, and I still used lots of original code. |

But I agree, in your case just remove the core Gui, after copying the code and then modify it, and use that.

this is how to make the server chat something
game:GetService("StarterGui"):SetCore("ChatMakeSystemMessage",{
Text = "Like The Game??? Give It A Thumbs Up!"; -- text that you want to have
Color = Color3.new(0,255,0); -- color
Font = Enum.Font.SourceSansBold; -- font
FontSize = Enum.FontSize.Size18; -- font size |

pcall(function() game.StarterGui:SetCore("ChatMakeSystemMessage", { Text = "[Server]: Make sure to favorite the game and leave a like!"; Color = Color3.new(0,128,0); Font = Enum.Font.SourceSansBold; FontSize = Enum.FontSize.Size24; }) end)
